Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered a sausage and egg cheddar bagel sandwhich and half a dozen bagels (3 plain and 3 everything) for to go. They forgot a 1 bagel. Who forgets 1 bagel when it's only 1 BAGEL on a half dozen order, especially when it's not a large variety of bagels. Didn't realize till I got home coz they all were shoved in a bag. I tried calling multiple times but they refused to answer the phone.

Place looks organized & staff is friendly and efficient.
However, st times, their bagels don't have the consistency in quality that's critical to their success.

Went in and asked for a bakers dozen. The bagels were fresh and ready to go and they didn't hassle me about ordering primarily 1 type of bagel. Very courteous staff and extremely welcoming.

Why. Not bake enough bagels for sandwiches? They put a different kind of bagel than I ordered because they were out of what I ordered. Lack of planning ahead ? Just not a good experience at all..

Bad service, bad attitude

If i could i would give them a 0 I stood in front of the register for more than 15 min and was completely ignored like i didint even exsist was not a good experience more bc the person was at the register and didint even care not a good experience will not be going back to this location ever again i didint even get the chance to order

This place used to be food not anymore today I showed up at 11:15 am and they don't have any bagels to sell literally no bagels so what are they open at 11am if they don't have food. Many tables were dirty as well do not go this place ..

The woman When I went there in the morning of the 16 of april 2025, those two old women had a bad reception of me waiting in line to be taken my order. And that old woman had the audacity to ask me to step aside, because she wouldn't take my order not even in front of her face. What a terrible customer service. Here it is the receipt.

I’ve been ordering bagels lately. This morning at 5:10, I ordered a pick up order for my husband for an important event. He got to the store at 5:25, the store was still close(it should be open at 5:00 am). He had to leave without food and being late and hungry.

The bagels were okay and had a wide selection. Unfortunately, when we ordered a cheddar cheese and egg with avocado - no avocado came.
