If I come in spending $80 on 2 dozen bagels I would like an assortment of bagels not just plain sesame and raisin. Terrible customer service and unfriendly demeanor at the decatur location.

Food is fresh and reasonably priced. The customer service is ok, but could use some work. The atmosphere is nice, great place if you want quiet time

I came in for breakfast on the first of January and had a great experience. Food was prepared very well. Bagel was toasted to perfection and they prepared my bagel to my specifications. The attendant that took my order was friendly and very professional, payed attention and knew his products. Very satisfying experience. I would try to improve on the feel of the place if it were my business, overall it felt a bit too stark and impersonal. But you do bagels right and apparently know how to hire, and train the best employees. Well done!

Go here monthly for bagels for the shop. Plenty to choose from as long as you go in early enough. We do our best to get there within 30 minutes of opening.

The thing in the pink hair was being soo nasty this morning. He was upset they only had 3 staff members and 15 orders, sounds like their own issue for understaffing, but its ok, we waited, no biggie. As I went to ask for an update, he was so rude and snappy.
After we finally got our food, we found hair in our food, and he was rude about that too!
Do better Pink Hair MAN, you're gross! We will not be coming back.

I am a huge fan of Einstein’s and I have to say this was the absolute best experience I have ever had at an Einstein’s! The food was delicious and Jake is the epitome of customer service! He greeted me as soon as I walked in and allowed me a few moments to look at the menu! He was knowledgeable about the menu items and offered me upgrades without being pushy!! He even went above and beyond to bring me my food because I was the only customer at the moment! Thank you Jake for being fantastic!

The guy Alex and the manager woman who refused to tell me her name… did not only an excellent job, but went above and beyond too stay open an hour past regular closing… goats!!!
