Outstanding food. The bagels are fresh but are too big. The tables were a little dirty. The service was extremely fast.

Note to self only get bags and bagels of cream cheese. The bagels are always good but this breakfast sandwich was very dry and flavorless and idk what this little inedible blob they cooked to the paper bag even is. Maybe they should try not cooking all their food in the microwave. muffin was good!

This bagel shop is okay. Just okay.

Plenty of parking. When you first enter, you have a problem. The double doors are.. hmm.. broken? It's like you have to yank on one door so you can pull open the other. Bad.

Bagel selection is good. Service is good. Store is clean.

I got a plain bagel toasted, with cream cheese. And, an OJ. The kind in a plastic cup with lid and tape over the top.

Total: $9.02

Bagel was very good. The concern was my bagel had very little cream cheese. Sigh.

Not welcoming at all. They made sure we knew exactly how long we had to stay to enjoy our meal. We came in a half hour before close. We only needed about 20 minutes to eat. We felt pushed out the door. The store was also dirty and the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. When I come in for a bagel, I don't want to hear about someone not showing up for a shift or your feelings about politics. I want a peaceful experience with a bagel and coffee. So disappointed with this franchise.

UPDATE: I reached out, as advised. I was basically told I was lying, as "we don't treat people that way" and was thanked for my feedback. Definitely won't be going back.

It would be a good idea to hire people who have even reasonable customer service skills at a popular bagel shop. My experience today was sub-par at best. Person who took my order mumbled and made no eye contact. Not sure that I'll go back.

I am going to hope this was a one-off experience at this store location. The grumpy General Manager of the store was working the point of sale, taking orders. I could hardly hear him, was not cheerful at all with the customers and had the look on his face that he clearly didn’t want to be there. I am a HUGE advocate of customer service, especially when you are in the food service industry. Good customer service is what brings back customers.

Firstly, a GM should NOT be working at the point of sale, secondly, a good manager will always put their most friendly staff at the POS to take orders.

We enjoy Einsten Bagels, but there are other locations that I will drive further to and get (hopefully) a good customer experience.

Can't even comment on the food because we went to eat inside and it was closed a whole hour before the posted time. There was no notice or anything. It was just empty. Really frustrating.

My family and I love Einstein Bagels, so we looked for one here in Vegas during our vacation. The food was good, the staff preparing the food was nice. However, the elderly man at the register taking orders was very rude. He had zero patience and made us feel like we were stupid for asking questions about the menu. I don't want to be disrespectful about him, but he really scares customers away, hurting the business.
