The food is delicious. But the “fresh orange juice” in the cups tasted like water with an artificial flavoring of orange. It was awful! So bummed. This was a first and disappointing.

The flavored iced coffee tasted like artificial sweetened alcohol 😞 not good at all. From now on, I’m only buying bagels and sandwiches came to McDonald’s for my fix

Very strange lady that works the counter . I told her my name only for her to yell out “here’s your bagel hun” … the lady behind me goes and she says . Jamie ! So you can remember Jamie but can’t Remember L? Or did you not care to say my name . Either way felt a lil discrimination of something why does my food items have to be yelled out and others not . Even after Jamie , it was Will ! I would recommend 0 stars if I could . Even you didn’t Remember why not just take numbers or something for people orders .

Walk in Monday morning at 7:30am. I ask for coffee. I was told they were out of coffee. This is my first and last experience with Einstein Bros. Bagels.

Time is extremely valuable and I must set some time aside to post about a matter that needs attention. I have a lot on my plate as it is. at approximately 9:15 AM, September 24, 2025, I came in to order my usual item I purchase here. All of the sudden someone started shouting at me in a very rude tone to leave. I am assuming that this was the manager, but I have never seen him before. It appears that the floor at the entrance had just been mopped and he did not want me tracking up a cleaned floor. I'm not sure this was the reasoning behind it, though.
I had been a regular at this location for the last three years and really felt insulted to be treated in this manner. I understand that the floor had just been cleaned, but the manager (I'm assuming), could have been much more courteous. Also, the restaurant was open for business and there was not a closed sign on the door. There was a wet floor sign which would tell me to be careful.
I did not get this person's name, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere until this person is no longer employed here. I will also be forwarding a copy of this post to the corporate office so this matter can be looked into and hopefully rectified. This is too bad I have to be writing this and I feel very sorry for the person that treated me so rudely, because I really enjoyed the food here.

I cannot tell you how much I love coming here. I have been coming here since 2016 when I went to UNLV. Whenever I’m in the area, I always stop by here. The customer service is unmatched and they are so fast! Dave is a wonderful man and seriously, it makes me so happy that my Alma matter has such a gem right across from it. Seriously, it’s better than the one in the Gym!

Cashier Odie is extremely unprofessional and rude. You should look into giving her more training. She obviously can't get out her phone to have great customer service.

Staff are friendly, manager Dave is not. Any time I come in, if he's there, he always seems to be mad. Otherwise I enjoy coming here.
