I really enjoy the farmhouse bagel sandwich. One of the best because their bagels aren't hard like some other places I've been to. Although I would have like to have more meat added on. The protein seemed super thin, but I still liked it overall.

I guess I walked in after the door was supposed to be locked in and the employee was not happy about it and cussed during his interaction with me while in the store. It was the taller white dude. The other guy was very pleasant.

That Texas brisket bagel was amazing! I tore that thing apart ! I added cream cheese and wow!!! I ordered via text Uber eats ! So yes I warmed it up added a piece of Kraft and cream cheese . Wow! Wow wow!!!! Definitely will buy again.

Stopped in Einstein Bros. Bagels to grab a box of medium roast coffee for a class at UNLV. It was such a hit that I've been here three mornings in a row. Today I ordered a simple Everything Bagel, toasted with butter. The bagel was firm on the outside with an incredible chew on the inside, tasted fresh with full flavor seasonings of onion, garlic, poppyseed and sesame on the outside. The medium roast coffee was excellent and everyone in the class has been staying alert through the long morning session. Even more amazing was the staff behind the counter and barista brewing coffee. They were all obviously well trained but more importantly, super friendly and seemed to be enjoying the teamwork of the other employees. There are several locations nearby but this level of customer service makes this one my spot! Clean restrooms. Kid friendly. Vegetarian and vegan options. I'll be back!

Reasonable thin cut lox bagel sandwich for $9.99 before tax. I was a little hungry so the bagel sandwich was good. I had opted for "no toasting," which I think was not the best choice. Even though I enjoyed the sandwich, it was somewhat cool (though I did pick up the order probably 15 minutes after it was ready) and I have a hunch that with toasting, it would be warmer and would be even better. (To be clear, even the warmer bagel probably would not have raised my rating to 5 stars :)

It was nice their dine in option was available post-COVID. Blueberry bagel and strawberry schmear is my go to dessert. Coffee is fine. Chill place to hang out and relax.
