A reliably good spot in Terminal B for a light meal. They manage to carry a surprisingly large fraction of Einstein Bros fare fedpite being a relatively tiny outpost. Perhaps the staff isn't as chatty here as they are at your local bagel shop, but you should get over it if this bothers you - people have flights to catch, and here they'll get your order made promptly and correctly.

I stopped by this bagel booth while waiting for my departure flight at gate B12. I looked at their bagels selection and saw they had blueberry. So I got the blueberry bagel and asked for the regular cream cheese on the side. I also got a cherry coke for my drink. Just be aware that things are a little higher in terms of cost at the airport.
It didn't take them long to make my bagel but the person prepping the bagel didn't put the cream on the side, he put a lot in the bagel. So when I told him it was suppose to be on the side, he made me a new one. But this time he got the strawberry cream cheese instead of the plain. But I didn't say anything because I like strawberry too.
My bagel was delicious with the strawberry cream and my cherry coke. I would order it again here if I'm departing from the same gate area.

Terrible experience with the female employee at the register. I checked the allergen menu beforehand. The fried egg has no milk whereas all the other types of eggs have milk. I asked the employee to confirm the egg sandwich I ordered had no milk due to my allergy. The employee shrugged her shoulders and said “I wouldn’t know that.” I pointed to the allergen menu in their work area and asked which egg they used and if it was the milk free version or not. She said “I wouldn’t know we only have what we have.” When I ordered I tried to confirm with the male employee if he knew whether this egg was the fried egg or the other versions. He was kind but immediately interrupted by the woman from the register telling me he didn’t know. The disregard for a real allergy was unacceptable. I will never eat here again

If I could I would give the service a negative mark The girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me when I was standing there-she just looked at me. When I gave her my order, she didn’t repeat it. She just turned around and started making it. The food was cold. My cheese was a hard Didn’t even melt it Terrible experience all around. Do not recommend it.

Paid extra for a few things including lettuce for a ham egg and cheese bagel. No lettuce on the sandwich. Ok, no big deal. Went back to ask for the lettuce I paid for. Got a tiny piece of lettuce, about the size of 2 blades of grass. Asked for a bit more, and the girl thew a hissy fit, and jammed some more in the bag. You should consider another carrier ma'am. Sandwich was tasty. Would have been a 5 if not for miss angry.

SO extremely disappointed that for the $18 spent on a sandwich and a hot tea, that the staff could not provide me with a refill on my hot water... Make that $22 after buying a second tea. Shameful activity, even for an airport.

They were out of some items. The line took a while but once u made your order it was pretty quick.
Feeling hungry or Hung over before that flight you’re going to when leaving Vegas or connecting from Vegas?
This is the place to get some quick bites for breakfast and coffee. I know the line is always long, but you get what you Get in the B terminal. Everyone is thinking the same as you. So don’t fret. If you’re a fan of Einstein bagels, the quality is still all the same. And yes, I love bagels.
My favorite? Isn’t everything bagel with a jalapeño cheese, Schmear.

It’s crazy to me that every Einstein’s bagels in America will cut your sandwich in half for you without asking. The one in the Las Vegas airport will not do it. They refuse to cut your sandwich in half. That is crazy to me! Do better.

For the several times we have been at this airport and want a bagel we never have understood what the hold up is. The cashiers are so slow! They have 4 people working and yet we stood in line for over 20 minutes and barely moved so we went to the taco place next door and got our food before people in front of us were even at the cashier.
Unless you have over an hour to wait to get food don’t do it!! Grab something else. Ugh!!
Horrible experience service was slow and took over 10 minutes for my order. Personnel behind the counter were slow to process orders. More attention needs to be paid management at this location.

Horrible customer service. Workers were extremely rude and acted busy with one person in line.

I don’t expect much from airport bagels. But this bagel was so flavorless I actually thought I had covid.
