Einstein Bros. Bagels

It’s crazy to me that every Einstein’s bagels in America will cut your sandwich in half for you without asking. The one in the Las Vegas airport will not do it. They refuse to cut your sandwich in half. That is crazy to me! Do better.

For the several times we have been at this airport and want a bagel we never have understood what the hold up is. The cashiers are so slow! They have 4 people working and yet we stood in line for over 20 minutes and barely moved so we went to the taco place next door and got our food before people in front of us were even at the cashier.
Unless you have over an hour to wait to get food don’t do it!! Grab something else. Ugh!!

Horrible experience service was slow and took over 10 minutes for my order. Personnel behind the counter were slow to process orders. More attention needs to be paid management at this location.

I don’t expect much from airport bagels. But this bagel was so flavorless I actually thought I had covid.

When I was finally able to make my order I asked for a turkey, bacon, avocado which comes on ciabatta. However, when I received my food I had a bacon egg cheese bagel.

Upon looking at my receipt I was rung up as the bacon egg cheese. And not what I asked for.

Overall disappointed in my food as it wasn't what I asked for.

Spent over $7 on a water bottle and they wouldn't give me a cup of ice. Claimed they don't have cups for ice and wouldn't fill my reusable water. It's BS that you have to dump your liquids to go through airport security then they won't give a paying customer ice. I would have paid for ice even. SJC airport gives you ice when you pay for a water bottle. The male cashier was rude

Never been to an Einstein that made horrible food, until today. Cashier gentleman was very friendly.

We ordered a blueberry bagel and a plain breakfast sandwich bagel 🥯

The breakfast sandwich was cold and old with the cheese not even melted. The blueberry bagel was cold, stale, and hard. Not because it was toasted -- which I asked for and didn't get, but it was just an old bagel.

At least the $6 Smart water and $8 Evian water were good.

They couldn't move any slower without flailing down
