Serviece 0 star with very bad attitude. On top of that they can’t seem to understand a very simple order of bagel with avacado spread only. They still added cream cheese. I would rather go to Starbucks walk few steps.
What a crowded, unclean location for great bagels. Add in profoundly indifferent staff, coughing travelers and no space to eat due to 9 million slot machines and you have a food nightmare.

Just show up at this place when there’s more than two people in line and get ready to wait for a very long time with an attitude. Six people to try to get basic bagel sandwiches out the door and oh my goodness what a disaster that place is.
Even the guy to register is blown away at how crappy the people behind him are doing
Kid-friendliness: Great staff

For an airport vendor I was really pleased that I was able to get Einstein's bagels and smear.

Coffee was horrible. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and it tasted like burnt water. I noticed the coffee came from a computerized machine which obviously spits out garbage. The staff just showed up for work, did not listen and did not care. The customer service is less than 1 star.

Las Vegas Einstein experience- long line but the man taking our order (Aaron) was amazing and made the long line worth it. He was smiling, joking and just a great man. We got our two breakfast bagels, coffee and went to our gate. Open up my bagel and the top part was all burnt! I tried to pull off most of it but I ended up with just the bottom part, top was destroyed. Not want you want when spending $35! Why didn’t they just toast another top. Very disappointed with quality. But Arron was great!

Service was a little slow but an older lady who helped, was very friendly, in a way that you don’t see with most younger workers. Props to her attitude for making my day better

Bagels dense and tough to chew. Egg had a weird dark spot on it. Not worth the long line and extra price for airport food. Choose something different for breakfast, choices are dismal but save yourself the 30 min wait for less than mediocre food

$8 for cold hunks of avocado on a mediocre bagel. Everyone was on their phone so the food took a long time.

Bagels were great, Custer service wasn't friendly at all. I said "wow I've been wanting to try this for a while, when I seen yall I had to stop". She said, " Is that all you want?"
Good price for the airport.
I was super polite and gracious but I feel like the person who made my bagel hated me, didn't look at me, shoved bacon and egg into only the extreme middle of the bagel and left the rest as just plain bread. Eeeek.
