Never been to an Einstein that made horrible food, until today. Cashier gentleman was very friendly.
We ordered a blueberry bagel and a plain breakfast sandwich bagel 🥯
The breakfast sandwich was cold and old with the cheese not even melted. The blueberry bagel was cold, stale, and hard. Not because it was toasted -- which I asked for and didn't get, but it was just an old bagel.
At least the $6 Smart water and $8 Evian water were good.

Convenient location with delicious and fresh bagels. Coffee is excellent!
The service is so slow. The guy took 15 mins to make a bagel. Multiple people left the line. Also, 4 bananas were $10 lol
Who knows how it tastes. 30 minutes in line and they don’t take cash. How about putting up a sign. One two works, one training the other. The airport is packed snd 4 deep in line. Sad!!
Highly impressed with the quality and speed of this place. Staff are amazing and friendly. They were non stop and with a positive attitude:0) Very nice while traveling, especially.
Serviece 0 star with very bad attitude. On top of that they can’t seem to understand a very simple order of bagel with avacado spread only. They still added cream cheese. I would rather go to Starbucks walk few steps.
What a crowded, unclean location for great bagels. Add in profoundly indifferent staff, coughing travelers and no space to eat due to 9 million slot machines and you have a food nightmare.

Just show up at this place when there’s more than two people in line and get ready to wait for a very long time with an attitude. Six people to try to get basic bagel sandwiches out the door and oh my goodness what a disaster that place is.
Even the guy to register is blown away at how crappy the people behind him are doing
