Food was good. It took some time to take the money.

When my husband and I walked in we were looked at and immediately ignored. We waited for almost 5 minutes to be helped as at least 4 to 5 employees walked past us ignoring our existence. When we were finally acknowledged the customer service was nonexistent. After getting our food we found an eggshell in our egg sandwich. I would not recommend thos location.

Im not sure what the other rrviews are talking about I always have an amazing experience at this location. The GM im not sure of her name but she is absolutely amazing. Every goes above and beyond each time i go here. This location does it right!!!

When I went in and ordered the food I remember hearing someone whom worked there telling. 2 workers to stop talking and they was working and said a few words. I ordered the food and felt the place has a negative vibe with the lady. That told them to be quiet and work!

I’ve stopped in a few times, everything sucks a little more.

Today we stopped in and there was 1 gentleman I front of us, he ordered 2 dozen bagels and the staff couldn’t handle it. He selected his order and that was enough to throw everyone off their game. In a matter of 10 minutes the place started to get a line and that seemed to overwhelm everyone even more. After standing online for over 15 minutes the gym come over and opened up a different register.

She had an attitude and it was apparent she wasn’t ready to help anyone.

My order was simple, 2 bagels cream cheese. That alone caused her to huff and puff.

I was in line an additional 10 minutes as the gym figured out how to us the register and charge customers properly. At one point she ran out the store to chase down the guy with the 2 dozen bagels.

Eventually I was up next to pay, I tapped, the screen said thank you, she handed me my bagels. As soon as I made it to my table she said, “come back here you don’t pay!”

The now 15 people inline stared as she turned it into an announcement.

Such terrible service and expertise.

If you want to wait inline for over 20 minutes for a bagel so then the general manager can be crazy rude. I highly recommend this place!

I had an issue with an online order that could have easily been resolved. Instead it resulted in me waiting far too long with a lack of care from team members.

My suggestion - when a customer has a problem with an order, fix it immediately - not when it’s convenient for the restaurant.

So, lady who took my order, worst attitude and bad on clients.
Then next day (today) she is fighting with another employee. No respect for customers at all.
And the orange juice its terrible here.
Bagels breakfast are good.

Jeanette Hill the manager is the absolute best!!! Every time I stop by for a great bagel she greets me with a smile and the best energy ever! I don't know about any other stores but you have to visit the west Lake Mead store, grab a bagel and a drink and you are set for a great morning!!? Please keep up the great work you do everyday!!! 😁👍
