The bagels are good. The app has good deals. On Monday you can get a baker's dozen for $9 and also get the senior discount.
I’ve been holding off on leaving a review, but after repeated experiences, I feel compelled to share. This Einstein Bagels location on Cheyenne consistently disappoints when it comes to customer interaction. While I understand busy moments happen, what’s frustrating is the lack of consistency and consideration shown to customers.
Today, I simply needed a dozen bagels—half sesame, half plain. No slicing, no spreads—just a quick, simple order. The couple ahead of me had a more complex order and needed time to make decisions, which is totally fine. But once they were finished, the staff member walked them to the register and rang them out personally, which took additional time.
When it was finally my turn, my order took under a minute to box and was ready to go. But instead of ringing me out, the same staff member immediately took the next person in line with another detailed order. Minutes passed. When she was about to skip me again, I politely asked if I could check out quickly since my dogs were in the car (in the shade with AC on, but still). She finally rang me up but muttered, “Everyone has to wait,” as if I hadn’t already waited patiently—and longer than necessary. This wasn’t about cutting the line—it was about basic fairness and common sense.
Sadly, this isn’t a one-off. About 3 out of my last 5 visits have left me feeling uncomfortable or disregarded. If you’re looking for better customer service, I recommend driving a few extra minutes to the Lake Mead location—it’s a much better experience.
I must say the bagels are good and super fresh, it’s just the service consistency and quality they lack.
Food is a 3 because it's so expensive and the menu is super small compared what it used to be
Free coffee and $3.00 bagel and Shamir join the club
I enjoy the Turkey, Bacon & Avocado Sandwich! Delicious!
Be sure to look at what they give you. Ordered 6 of the same bagels, I get home ... Wrong bagels. It was clean and quiet although there was only one older couple dining in.
What happens when your wife likes her bagel one way and I like my bagel a certain way. The team at this amazing Einstein Bros Bagel managed by Jenny make our order perfectly. When’s it’s time to get our dog her treats, yet again perfection….
Thank you to Jenny and the team for always delivering 5star service….

Jen is great. She runs a very good shop. She is so friendly .My order is perfect. I come back almost daily.
Back in the days and when I say back in the days I'm talking about 2018-19 20 this place used to be booming. You would go in and there'd be like 30 people and all kinds of laughter and people enjoying themselves and having coffee and bagels. Then COVID happened and everybody got kicked out and they went super maniacal on the lockdown. Then they took away the outside patio furniture and then the bathroom became locked up like a supermax so you can't even pee anymore. It started seeming a lot more like a prison visiting room then a bagel shop you would want to stay at and enjoy. The people who work there seem nice enough, this salvaging a star.
Sandwiches are good but you can tell they need more employees. It’s very slow.
Not their fault but it’s really slow.

This was my first time having Einstein bagels for breakfast. When I arrived nobody was there so service to take my order was quick. I got the jalapeño bagel with eggs and bacon. The time to get my food was quick and the taste of everything was good. I would recommend for anyone who enjoys bagels for breakfast.
Got the lox order wrong and when asked for the correct order, was questioned 3x and asked to see the receipt and still produced a low poor quality order. Staff not to friendly. Cramp seating area.
Jenny is great here! I’ve always felt comfortable with her. She knows I am particular with my food orders and always goes above and beyond to ensure accuracy. She is caring and works hard to build a great team. Today Andrew made my meal, and he did a great job.
The manager here does not know how to run a store !! And they do not care about there employees!!! They use and abuse their employees here!! Pretty sad that you guys have managers that don’t know what they’re doing lie to the employees !! And use them it’s sickening!! This store is trash!!! You have shift leads doing the managers job !! But shift leads getting paid same as sandwich makers ???? But the shift leads at this store do manager jobs and get paid dirt!!! If an employee who makes sandwiches and only know how to make sandwiches is getting paid same amount as someone who runs the whole store when the manager is off THATS A PROBLEM!!! This company uses and abuses there BEST EMPLOYEES DO NOT GO HERE !!!
I will never patronize this store again. I wanted 6 pretzel bagels but their was only 4. So I asked for all four. As another employee was ringing me up the next customer said he wanted a pretzel bagel. I assumed that the employee said they are purchased by me. No. She gave him my bagel then shorted me giving me 3 pretzel bagels without telling me. I paid $10.89 for 3 bagels. I found out that this occurred after I went home.
