I will never patronize this store again. I wanted 6 pretzel bagels but their was only 4. So I asked for all four. As another employee was ringing me up the next customer said he wanted a pretzel bagel. I assumed that the employee said they are purchased by me. No. She gave him my bagel then shorted me giving me 3 pretzel bagels without telling me. I paid $10.89 for 3 bagels. I found out that this occurred after I went home.

First and last time I will be a patron at this establishment. Waited over 5 mins before being acknowledged. Ordered 1 bagel, NOT toasted with cream cheese. Wait over 20 mins for said order and it was toasted. At this point I could not wait any longer, and left with the incorrect bagel. The passive aggressive cashier runs out after me to yell, have a good day. Treating customers like this is rude!

I had a Maplehouse sandwich and it was perfect. Kieron was very courteous and professional when he took our order. We dined in and enjoyed the experience.

Walked in to order a bagel and coffee. The man in front of me told me he was waiting for five minutes to order. I waited another three and still none of the five employees that could be seen took any orders, although one seemed to be taking phone orders.
Einstein, do your customers a favor and just advertise that walk in customers are bottom of the barrel. You give priority to deliveries and phone orders and the people you should give priority to are the ones who can SEE THAT THEY ARE BEING IGNORED.
UPDATE: Response to Owner's reply: If this was the first time this happened and it was only one location, I might consider your offer. It's not - it's the norm at all locations I've visited in the past 6 months. Your poor service to walk-ins caused me to look for another bagel shop. It's a small business with a better product and better service, Life's A Bagel. I'm saying goodbye to Einstein. You cannot salvage this customer. I've been ignored too many times. Today was your last chance.

Ordered through the app ahead of time and paid with creditcard. Coming home I noticed they charged a single dollar on a seperate charge. Had to call the bank to block payment and card. Don't go there.
