I went today because the pupusas were 99cent well , i was charged 16.69 after she told me it was $13.00 so I called and asked why ? she said it was taxes and card charges , why didn’t she communicate with me about that ? Instead she just charged me and on top of everything she was so rude to me didn’t let me speak ,kept talking over me and just rude I asked to speak to a manager or the owner she claimed she was the only person in charge,I have been a customer for years and now I do not want to go back there it’s sad when 1 persons attitude can ruin a restaurant I hope the owner/ manager sees this and fixes the problem that now this restaurant has.

If you are looking for a good Guatemalan restaurant, I recommend this one. The Guatemalan sausages are very delicious. The owner prepares them every morning...the black beans were freshly made and delicious. The pupusas are very delicious, the broth is rich with flavor.
Before finding this restaurant we went to Centro American Restaurante, the food was very bad... the dry black beans, the rice about 3 days old, the tough hard meat, the flavorless pupusas, the Guatemalan sausage were from Mexico.

The pupusas are good but the service is terrible and on Saturdays they are pedantic. The woman who takes the orders tells you to arrive in 1 hour and a half and they cannot give you a time to pick up your order. What kind of restaurant does it take that long? It's just me and worked on too many and it's too long

I spoke at 7:28 and they told me they were already closed. And in their post they say that they close at 8pm, bad service

Really really bad place here they changed the prices on us a few times added extra fees (mind you we ordered no type of specialties or nothing ,just plain ol plates ) and then they still had the audacity to have horrible customer service very bad mannered people. Love pupusas & Salvadoran food but will definitely not be tolerating such atmosphere. DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!
