I’ve been coming here for a while now for their Cevichon and fish tacos! I found this gem of a business after receiving a recommendation from my brother. When I tell you the flavor developed in this ceviche is like no other in town - I mean it! It’s not your traditional ceviche, it’s definitely elevated and it has that seafood flavor that I crave! The service is fast and friendly, the man that handles everything is very nice.
Stopped by for some shrimp ceviche, fish tacos, and the gobernador taco.They were all served in a timely manner off a clean food trailer. We ate in our truck since there is no seating available.No complaints here on the food, everything we ordered tasted great. ?
one of the best cheviches I ever tried, I order the fish ceviche, the botana with octopus , shrimp, and scallops all I can say is that I couldn't stop eating it and my friends love it too, thank you El Cevichon SD we will be getting more ceviche soon for sure
