I'm from Guadalajara and I've been living in Las Vegas for 25 years and I've eaten cakes drowned in other places and I used to say they were delicious but since 3 years ago I discovered El Chacho I've never gone back to the others El Chacho is my favorite place and not just because of the cakes the birria the carnitas the fresh natural waters jericalla and flan tejuino and as always they are innovating with their menu now they have chilaquiles that are wow! Everything is delicious, the place is clean, the attention is not to mention the owners, they serve personally and are very kind, the truth is that it feels like they were part of your family, they are very nice people. ( Would never go back )Ordered half a pound of carnitas and it looked raw Still didn't even bother to eat it or to refund it since I got it to go and it was far from me. Super expensive for the quality they charged me $17 for a small container of birria (just birria) no rice or beans included they charged me an additional $7 for each small side of rice. The birria was ok but it had barely any meat more juice than anything my total was almost $70 and they gave me only 3 tiny salsas, when I asked them for more they got bugged and tried to charge me for additional salsas.

This place had decent food when I visited last month. But just recently I arrived and ordered along with a coworker on our lunch break and didn't get served. We were there for 45 minutes and customers that arrived after us were served before us. We paid for our drinks and left. The McDonald's across the street was way better anyways.

So happy I found this place! The 4.8 stars is valid! Food is fresh and comes out quickly! We had a carnitas burrito and the tacos dorados con carne. BOMB! We also got an augua fresca, lemon con pepino. You can tell they take great pride in a top notch fresh product. It's a casual quick serve restaurant, clean, with a pretty mural. Great music. The staff is super friendly and warm. I will make this a usual stop when I'm on this side of town. Thank you!!!!!

If I can give this place more than a 5 star I would. Everything was so delicious. Every single bite I kept saying "oh wow" for sure a place you will not be disappointed with. I also order the birria tacos but was not able to take a photo because it was already destroyed and eaten!! The service was amazing. The owners take a lot of pride and love in what they do. The music was also amazing as well. A must place to try and to continue coming.
