Food is very bland. No flavor. Not authentic mexican food. Overpriced and overrated. Lindo Michioacan is wayyyyy more authentic.Taco bell tasted more authentic.

Every time I’m in Vegas I go to Eldorado Cantina! Whether this location in Tivoli or the original location next to the Spearmint Rhino.Food, service, and ambiance are great. Great pitchers of margs, awesome carnitas, great table-side guacamole etcHighly recommended

Ivan the server keep telling us everything was included and he added additional items to our bill. There were things that he added that we didn’t order. How does two drinks and street tacos equal $144??? Please pick another place to dine.

Fun night out. Got a strawberry margarita and hung out at the bar. The servers were nice and brought us chips and salsa when we sat down. It is a great place to hangout and relax. Update: My husband ordered a Glenlevit neat and it did not come neat which we were fine with at the time. They also forgot it at the bar and didn't bring it to the table with the other drinks. Upon review of the receipt they charged $3 for ice they mistakenly added. Make sure to review your receipt.

The food was great, but the service was a little bit slow. And the atmosphere was ok. I will be back.

What a disappointment. We went El Dorado as it was rated one of the top 100 Mexican restaurants on yelp. They even have a plaque hanging in the restaurant announcing they were a top 100 Mexican restaurant in the us. What a disappointment! It was not busy at all? We counted 15 total customers in the entire restaurant and as many employees as customers not counting the kitchen employees. We ordered a pitcher of Margarita's which took over 10 mins to get to the table. The Margarita's were very good. We then ordered burrito's and the Enchilada plate, with a side of guac. The food came to the table in good order. The server, Makena forgot our side of guac. We also requested salt that was NEVER brought to the table. The pork and beef burrito's were almost all rice. Very little beef or pork. The Enchilada's were good, esp the mole sauce enchilada. After finishing only part of our meal, we waited at least another 15 mins for our check. 2 other tables that came in after us received their food, ate, and left before we were able to get our bill. Nice place with good ambience but the food and the service were definitely NOT worth the $170.

5:30pm on a Saturday- Straight away the hostess let us know it was an hour and a half wait for a table- and this to me says "we don't want you to wait" rather than a true wait time. We were 100% cool to eat in the bar as is our preference. The bar had high top tables that were shareable which was very cool, but the place settings weren't cleaned and the menu had globs of sticky food inside. A very friendly bartender came up to us right away and made good margarita. The chips and salsa are not free and neither is the $20 guacamole they offered with the chips and salsa. Every Mexican restaurant I try for the first time I like to order the carne asada street tacos. The bartender recommended both the tacos and burrito so I got to the tacos and my partner got the burrito. The carne asada was more of a stewed shredded beef than a traditional carne asada and my partner and I were both disappointed in the large quantity of sauce for a street taco which shouldn't come with sauce already on it. Everything is an extra up charge and I opted for the rice and beans to try them. The rice was extremely overcooked but the beans were flavorful and traditional. I also ordered off the menu and asked for a michelada which the bartender happily obliged. I asked for modelo especial and got Pacifico- but also this was a straight forward red beer and not a michelada. I appreciate the ambiance and family style tables in the bar, all very friendly staff- but this is not up to par for the food. Pretty disappointed.

You're definitely paying for the ambience which is on point. Service was great as well. Food was tasty, but. It worth the prices they charge. Another kitschy-fancy decor spot that focuses more on ambiance than the fair they serve.

Poor service and mediocre food!! I've never been to a Mexican restaurant where you had to pay for chips and salsa. Was not crowded and constantly had to ask our waiter to refill our drinks as he was doing nothing but talking to coworkers. Probably figured he wasn't getting a tip or maybe because tipping has gotten so out of hand and is expected and not earned anymore. He didn't care to put the effort in even though we ended up tipping 20%.

Buyer beware! You will be asked if you want sparkling water or still. If you say still, you will be served bottles of Evian water and charged $7.00 each. Oh- and they may open up a couple of more bottles after you're done eating, which you won't drink but still pay for. The food is good but this scam left us feeling bitter. (Ask for TAP water!)

This place is a joke. I did a pick up order almost 3 weeks ago. Got home and the order was TOTALLY WRONG. Not one thing I ordered was there. Called and called and called... absolutely no answer (7pm) Said F it I'm not driving another 20 minutes back, wasting time gas etc. I called back the following day to try and get a refund. Spoke with "Johnson" who said he would take my complaint and pass along to correct manager... fine. Nothing. I call again. Leave several messages. Finally get Johnson again who says Matthew the "GM" should be calling me.. I still haven't hear a WORD, now literally every time I call, no pick up!! Super professional!

Service is always consistent. I come at least once a month for the red pozole. Food never fails. Cocktails are 10/10 as well. The dining room is super cute and picture worthy, which makes the environment even more enjoyable.
