El Nopal Mexican Grill - Decatur

Freaken disgusting ! I open my food and I see a hair and a bug !! First I found a very curled hair and I took it out already grossed out . Then I find the bug !!! Sick to my stomach didn’t finish the food !

The portions are very small and the food has no flavor. I'm including a photo of the carnitas combination plate. I put the carnitas, beans and rice in a bowl for my kid. As you can see there's not much in the little bowl. I also bought the chile relleno combo plate. The stuffed pepper was small and the enchilada sauce had no flavor. I've never tasted an enchilada sauce with no flavor!

Very incompetent staff. I explained that I don't eat meat and ordered cheese enchiladas. They serve me chicken enchiladas. I had to go back to the counter to get a fork and napkins.
Misrepresented in video on Google Maps. They have a video of their other location, which is a sit down restaurant (this is a shabby place where you order at the counter and there is a vending machine in the dining area). Not a good experience.

Food is no good. The strip mall is going out of business. It closes earlier than advertised. They charge me, and closed early. Now I have to dispute my credit card.

Absolute worst service ever. All the restaurants in that plaza are now closed for business. El Nopal lies when they say they're open until 8:00 p.m. They charge my credit card at 7 p.m. online, and we're closing the store, and asked me to get a refund online. They raise the price of Taco Tuesday. A very bad experience every time I go there. I can't wait to laugh, when they close up shop.

Go there almost every Tuesday. Delicious fresh quality food. $1.50 street tacos on Tuesday. I’ve had everything from an omelette to the torta. Very good spot.

3 tacos for $12 isn’t a bad a bad price. But there was barely any meat in the taco. I ordered with intentions to dine in as a taco Tuesday treat to myself and my order was made to-go. Looking at the picture, you can see that I didn’t get my monies worth. I used to Iove this place

I just want to share with you the bad experience I had this morning 05-03-2025 at the El Nopal Mexican Grill restaurant, which is located at 3231 N. Decatur Blvd Ste 101, Las Vegas Nevada 89130, be very careful when ordering food to go, you receive your food inside the restaurant, because if your food is poorly prepared and you return to the restaurant to change it, you will run into a rude, despotic and arrogant man, this morning I ordered two burritos and one was poorly prepared and I spoke to the restaurant with a woman and asked her if she could change it for me, to which she replied that she would change it for me, but when I arrived at the restaurant I met this man who told me, if I wanted another burrito you have to pay for it again, but I said how am I going to pay you again if I already paid for my food, I also told him the girl and she told me if she would change it for me, but him did not want to change it, hi kicked me out of the restaurant, she returned my money, but she only gave me $11, and I paid $12.50 for the burrito. In short, he stole a dollar and fifty cents from me. Maybe he needed that money more, so I want you all to be careful when you go to eat at that restaurant. I thought that man was going to hit me. I don't know if he's the owner, the manager, or just the chef.

Food was good, but was wrong on 2 separate orders. They fixed them, but that caused some delay.

Large portions, great service, a diverse menu, and not to mention the food is always top notch.

Burrito was completely
different from how it is normally.

Chicken Burrito had literally 5 tiny pieces of chicken and it was all rice.

I really enjoy this restaurant. I have been here multiple times now. The service is always quick and efficient. I have never ordered anything here that I didn't like. Prices aren't horrible either.

Good food good life

I like that place, but the last couple of times that I have been there, the carne al pastor is not the same. It was flavorless and with a lot of fat. Looks like the quality of rhe meat is going down.
