I love this el pollo loco because the customer service is always great. The food is great. The staff is friendly. Ana goes above and beyond for her customers and tries her hardest to make a customers experience top tier, I seen it with my own eyes. It feels like family here. Thank you for everything that you do.
I made a quick stop here. I didn't want fried chicken, so I opted for broiled. It has definitely been years since my last visit ( it seemed like they couldn't stop drying and over cooking the chicken). I'm so thrilled I did. The chicken was cooked to perfection. None of the pieces were dried out. My pinto beans had a nice spicy kick, and their cole slaw was delish and not drowning in the slaw sauce. The homemade salsas were just what I remembered tame to spicy. Let me tell you about the food packaging. I loved the lunch box canister, which held everything I ordered in place. More restaurants should use this concept. My tortillas were warm, and my food was hot when I got home. My cold slaw was still cold. I loved how they separated my salsas request and didn't put it in with my food. The guy at the drive-thru was pleasant. I wish I had pictures. Next time, I will. Thank you so much for making a drive-thru and dining experience memorable.

There is no cashier or personal service. You must navigate through their kiosk. Makes one feel that you are now the employee. We should request an employee discount. This is my perspective.

My experience at El Pollo Loco was fantastic! The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked—tender and juicy with a delicious smoky flavor. I ordered the family meal which came with sides of rice, beans, and warm tortillas. Everything was fresh and tasted homemade. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely be back for more of their mouthwatering chicken and great service!
