Louis is extremely rude and prepares food poorly for no reason at all he should not work customer service or in food industry at all.

The young guy with the tattoos at the drive thru day time is extremely unprofessional and rude for absolutely no reason, not sure why he’s working customer service if he treats people like that. I will be reporting him to Cooperate.

Louis Silva the kid with tattoos on his arm that works the drive thru is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would avoided coming to this location. I like nearby so it’s always been convenient but the disrespect and lack of customer service makes it not worth it. He not only yelled at me because HE messed up my order and I called him on it but he proceeded to slam the window in my face that my faces sticking his tongue out taunting and laughing at me. If your going to hire kids to work in an establishment they should be held at high standards when it comes to customer service and respect. I had to file a complaint with the GM and I plan to call HR as well as corporate.

Just left, Absolutely one of the worst El Pollo Locos i have ever been to. The gentlemen behind the counter was the rudest unprofessional individual I’ve ever experienced. After waiting for 15 min I asked him how much longer for a Pollo Bowel and chicken quesadilla. He said 20 to 30 min. I advised him that unfortunately I could not wait that long.and needed to leave. So I asked for a refund. He then Preceded to roll his eyes and tell the other employees “ these people are loosing their patience and want a refund” I advised him it had nothing to do with patience I just thought 30 to 45 min for what I ordered was too long and I had to pick up my daughter at 7. The manager did come and apologize and made my Oder real quick. She was very apologetic but it was clear they had a line of customers waiting extended times for food. With tickets they could not find. Never will return.

Honestly idk why I keep coming to this location probably because it’s close to home. It never fails every single time I order they forget an item in my order. I’m truly annoyed and won’t be returning to this location in the future that seems like the only fix to this issue. I’m tired of paying for items I never receive.

We’ve always loved this place—the service was great, and the employees are wonderful. However, we were really disappointed this time. We didn’t get our free taco as expected, and the portions on our Tacos el Carbon were so small, it just wasn’t worth it. SMH. Hoping this was just an off day because we usually love coming here.

The chicken are dry i dont know what they are doing but it was not dry before I think they need to do quality check. Please correct if i am wrong. I went to multiple polo loco all are dry
