We’ve always loved this place—the service was great, and the employees are wonderful. However, we were really disappointed this time. We didn’t get our free taco as expected, and the portions on our Tacos el Carbon were so small, it just wasn’t worth it. SMH. Hoping this was just an off day because we usually love coming here.

This place was great a few months ago but now for some reason the chips are always stale and taste like rancid oil, they never have red sauce, and the creamy cilantro dressing is completely different (it's supposed be greenish not white!).

It was so nice to walk in and be greeted by a actual human! So many locations are switching to screens, and taking out humans. Trust me there is a difference. Jay was so welcoming and helpful with the menu! To me, he is a great example of what this world needs more of! Thank you, Jay! The food was excellent, thank you to the chefs! Even though they were busy, I received my correct order very promptly! Coming from Idaho, it is such a treat to have such a wonderful, unique restaurant here in town!

This location is always busy but the workers are great and food is usually very fresh and flavorful. A couple times I got near burnt or over cooked chicken but it’s rare. I go out of my way for this location even tho there’s one by my house.
So I usually order the Pollo bowl, but I thought I would try the BRC burrito. They should change the name to the rice burrito. All rice, there were literally 2 beans and 1 tiny piece of chicken. Never ever will do that again. On the bright side, they give me lots of hot sauce to cover the taste. Do better, Pollo! I stood there for several minutes before anyone even noticed i was there, all speaking Spanish.
