It was so nice to walk in and be greeted by a actual human! So many locations are switching to screens, and taking out humans. Trust me there is a difference. Jay was so welcoming and helpful with the menu! To me, he is a great example of what this world needs more of! Thank you, Jay! The food was excellent, thank you to the chefs! Even though they were busy, I received my correct order very promptly! Coming from Idaho, it is such a treat to have such a wonderful, unique restaurant here in town!

This location is always busy but the workers are great and food is usually very fresh and flavorful. A couple times I got near burnt or over cooked chicken but it’s rare. I go out of my way for this location even tho there’s one by my house.

So I usually order the Pollo bowl, but I thought I would try the BRC burrito. They should change the name to the rice burrito. All rice, there were literally 2 beans and 1 tiny piece of chicken. Never ever will do that again. On the bright side, they give me lots of hot sauce to cover the taste. Do better, Pollo! I stood there for several minutes before anyone even noticed i was there, all speaking Spanish.

I want to give this place one star but the guy who eventually gave me my food was nice. Went to the counter, looked at the menu and ordered. I struggled to give my order to the cashier, Heidi because everytime I asked her a question she just looked at me and then would click stuff on the screen. She said there’s a chicken combo but it’s not on the menu and it’s $3 more than the group of items (which is a combo) price advertised, again not on the menu. Then I just ordered their special Baja shrimp tacos, no alterations, nothing. I have to find a clean table ?; then I wait for my order and I’m the only one here so it looks like mine. I ask her, is that mine, you never gave me my receipt. She says yes, I take it, it’s chicken. I go up with the food and she refuses to look at me. I told the guy, Issac, he immediately exchanged it and brought it out to me. I decided to try some horchata, tasted horrible! Then I sat down and at least the shrimp tacos were cool but these chips are hard and burnt and the salsas have no flavor. Then a family of 5 walks in, places an order with Heidi, the wife orders a shrimp salad, their other new special, they give her chicken too, and again Isaac has to fix the order. I just stopped in here because I used to love el pollo loco, but if i return, def won’t be to this one.

My name is Eve, today Aug 11,2024 I went to this location 5260 Fort Apache Las Vegas to order the 16 pcs family meal . When I was there I showed to the cashier my coupon the 10$ off , I said I wanna use this coupon I got from my mail box . The total was $47.67 So I said to her why you did not applied my $10.00 off coupon she said she forgot. Then she called the manager , her name is JOANNA , I taught she will fix it , but NO she said its my mistake because I did not hand to the cashier , the coupon is in front of her at the counter she can touch it she can pick it up , because its not in knowledge to hand it to the cashier near to her face. Joanna wants me to sign my Debit Card , without deducting my $ 10.00 off So I told her just refund me cause the way you talk to me your mean . So I asked her can I get my refund tomorrow she said 7 business day Joanna is not a good manager I promised that Iwill never go back that location , and I will tell all my relatives and co workers not to go there in that location at Fort Apache . Then I went to the other Location at Rainbow and Russell I order the same I just told her I will use my $ 10.00 off Shes the one who grab my coupon no problem her name is Karen the manager there shes very nice , She has a lot of coupon near to the cash register for give aways .I told her about my bad experience At the Fort Apache So at Fort Apache Location Im giving them zero star .again 5260 Fort Apache Location Zero star .
