This one is the best in San Fernando valley consistently.
I normally love El Pollo Loco but the 3 times I've been to this location not good at all half the time the order's messed up today by far is the worst the chips are still and nasty, The tacos I said to hold celentro add cheese Paid for extra cheese on all tacos they Only put cheese on one taco Half of the taco shells were hard and stale and nasty. I ordered an order of chirrows everywhere else I go you get 2 full sticks this 1 was 1 stick cut in half and I had as a rock. My drink was nothing but ice and maybe 3 swallows of actual drink. I will never go back to this place again I will continue to go to the ones in Henderson where you get good food and friendly service.

When I walked into the restaurant the cashier was putting an order together for a customer. A few minutes later, another employee starting assiting with the order. Two other cashiers arrived, and i waited several minites for one of them to take my order. When I turned to leave, one of them asked if she could take my order, but I walked right out the door. Whatever happened to good customer service? If the employees don't want to work, fire them, because bad customers service is not good for any business.

I visit this location frequently because this place is awesome!!The manager, Nancy runs this place so smoothly that orders get put out on a timely manner and correct! The staff here are trained very good too!!The food here is is fresh, healthy and delicious!! Awesome place to try out, if you haven't visited this location yet.Definitely worth trying it out!!

I will recommend everyone to go try it . I love El Pollo Loco and this is the primary location I visit. Today I visited twice. But it was the drive thru experience that bothered me most of all since I was given a small bag containing 4 small containers. To my dismay, a previous guest must have returned the bag, because one of the 3 containers was empty but had previously been filled with the avocado salsa. This leaves a very unsanitary impression upon me, also while I expect the lettuce to be cold, I did not expect the meat and outer shell to be barely warm. I have ordered from the store several times and the tacos are usually served hot and there is at least an 1/8th of a cup of meat in each taco. I was already down the street by the time I realized what I had been given. My wait in the drive thru was not long at all, I was helped very quickly. Please do better next time. My order #1869 I was helped by 284 Nathan M who was extremely polite hospitable, and professional. The time on my receipt was 6:25pm today.Parking: The parking lot is shared with the adjacent Burger King and Wal-Mart.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has wheelchair accessible sidewalks.
Overall, the Pollo Bowls are awesome! BUT the Crunchy Taco was No Bueno. A total broken mess. I just threw it into my Fit Bowl. and Why Foil? But maybe Stop with the Crunchy Tacos ? ?And of course, the Service was awesome!

El Pollo Local off Fort Apache in Las Vegas is pretty close by so I have stopped in multiple times. The Chicken Ranch Burrito is full of flavors! Unfortunately one of those flavors is always something I've asked to not have put on my burrito yet still is placed on.l - it's like playing food roulette! It's so notorious that locals often joke, "Ordering from El Pollo Local is like sending a message to the culinary universe with fingers crossed." Despite the quirks, the Chicken Ranch Burrito is the real showstopper - a taste so good, it'll have you forgiving their special order amnesia!

I've been to this location many times and I have yet to write a review. This review pertains more to the customer service not so so much for the food. It always frustrates me that I want to use my rewards app that I can never connect to the app while in the store. I do know that there is a free Wi-Fi but it is so slow that You cannot open the app. It's kind of frustrating especially when you get emails and notifications encouraging you to go into the store to receive discounts or free items and then you cannot use them because you cannot access the app. While at this location witnessed gentleman get upset about his order. I also witnessed Genesis completely ignore a customer because she decided to count the drawer instead of even acknowledge, or greeting the man that was in front of her. It wasn't until he was walking out that she decided to call somebody over to take the man's order. She was also completely unprofessional yelling to her coworkers saying that they were "Hella annoying" and "Hella slow". I understand that there is a counter in between us, but the customers can hear and see everything that's going on. The boys that worked here are all very polite and seem to care about their jobs. While I was waiting on my to go order I used the restroom. There were no paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands. The light bulb also needs to be replaced it was shorting out causing it to flicker in and off. When I got home my order was perfect everything was in the bag. The food tasted great. Chicken was cooked to perfection and we got the perfect amount of sauces.
