Went through the drive thru 9/11 around 7:40 PM the drive thru employee pretended he couldn’t hear me, when I arrived at the window, I said, “maybe your headphones phones are broken.” Because I asked if the chips came with the meal 3 times and he never responded. While at the window again he ignored me. He didn’t care, wasn’t friendly at all, he ignored me the entire time.

I will be very transparent when I write this.. I have been coming here for a couple years and when I first came, it was great.. Then it started to fall off drastically to the point where I said I’m never ever coming back to this location And that was about a month ago before today.. There were too many problems, Especially with skimpy food.. But I came today and got the double chicken, avocado tostada, And let me just say this was the best one I’ve ever had.. The bag was actually HEAVY & HOT, And I actually got double chicken and it was so full that it was overflowing the tostada… the Guy that took my order in the drive-through was very pleasant.. I will absolutely go back and see if it’s like this next time which I really hope it is.. KEEP IT UP GUYS..!!!

Food is good as always, service is bad because you're forced to use a kiosk. The new app is awful. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was no soap! Hope the workers don't use that bathroom.

Ordered an a la carte quesadilla and 4 pc meal in drive thru. The quesadilla wasn't in the bag. Went back to window and it wasn't entered hence not in the bag. Was told to wait out front and it would be brought out. That did not happen so ordered again in drive thru.

Excellent food, hot and fresh great presentation great quality and the manager came over and asked if everything was good if there was anything she could d. so I have to say that the customer service is impeccable. At the end of eating, I asked them how many calories was my meal they gave me the entire breakdown from this salad dressing to the salad and we’re super cool about everything.

Ive given this place a couple chances and its like they can never get better. Being someone that worked in a pollo loco environment its very disappoint coming to location expecting great service. Every time i go there the manager is rude. Team seems untrained and rushes. Every time ive came they are so stingy about giving us what we need to enjoy our meal. How are you even serving salsa when you cant have your staff place not one salsa in the whole bag order.?? Even when we ask having bought 3 different meals they cant even give you the bare minimum in salsa. Why does your staff even make salsa when they are so stingy to give some out. Ive even said ill for extra but they cant even do that. Now with the serving of the chicken portions being a cook my self and barley any chicken in our meals ? Very disappointing ive always enjoyed eating pollo loco but after the few times of coming here and getting food poisoning the last time i was here , makes me wonder if your staff even cares about satisfying the customers.
The food was very good. I enjoyed a taco and burrito, and I will try the chicken next time. The food was also prepared quickly. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The dining area could have been cleaner. I will certainly be back.

I have ordered the same thing every time I go. Never been disappointed. This time the double chicken tostada was plain awful. The chicken was not double and what was there was very dry, cold, and tough. I guess everyone has a bad day, but there was nothing in this meal that was redeemable.
