Walked in to order, and waited several minutes. There were no other customers in line, so its not like they were busy taking orders. Did not get acknowledged by any employees so I walked out. Terrible customer service!

I'm obsessed with their chicken avocado quesadillas, which may or may not be in the official menu, but I order one almost every time. The pollo I have with this location is, although their curbside service is A1, the quality of their final products is always subpar. Quesadillas falling apart, overly charred chicken, wrong type of quesadilla, no complementary salsas... tragic situation.
I hadn't been to this Pollo Loco in almost a year and couldn't remember why. Once I got there and they told me they only had 4 pieces and it was a 45 min wait I remember that was same as happened last time. I really think leaving bad reviews kinda makes you a hater but it's no good to be out of chicken at 645 pm. Never again coming to this store.

I used the drive thru and the employee did not have a good attitude, he seemed very rushed. I ordered 2 double tostadas and they served them very poorly. The chicken was cut into very large portions. They put very little lettuce, very little beans and very little rice, nothing like the ones I have bought before.
Tired of fast food places charging regular restaurant prices and then giving horrible food. I asked for no sour cream and got a cold burrito with a ton of sour cream in it. I would’ve been fine if it wasn’t ice cold. Never coming back
