Sometimes the younger workers really don’t care about food quality, I’ve received burned food a couple times and when approach them to fix it and annoyed and irritated they’ll do it but like come on do you really expect me to eat burnt food don’t be sassy because I could play that role too. I’m the customer and the customer is always right 😒 I worked in restaurants years ago and I remember being more understanding than these kids. So unprofessional pulling their phones out- talking about people they are dating (and things they did - gross 🤢 we are eating here and we don’t care)

I went through the drive thru and had the pleasure of being served by Ana E. She was so friendly and kind. The rest of the workers seemed to care about their timeliness as well and I could tell they were committed to their fast food service. Thank you Ana for being kind and doing a great job!

This location says they close at 11pm, I showed up at 10:28pm through the drive thru. A lady said how may I help you like normal, I asked for a few seconds. Less than a minute had passed and I said I was ready but got no response. I waited a minute then repeated myself to still get no response. Finally after 8mins of saying I'm ready to order my food and no response I pulled around at 10:38pm to the window only to be told by a guy inside waving his hand pass his neck to let me know I wasn't getting my order taken. I am highly disappointed in this location and will be letting everyone I know to not go here if it's close to closing because serves will be refused and they will waste your time.
