These reviews are wild. Service was slow when I went and the worker was very apologetic. And then when I had an issue with my order and it was professionally and immediately fixed by the manager. I can’t remember her name it was unique but started with S-H. Thank you Queen.

I ask myself if the server who prepared this meal would eat it themselves. How can they not have not noticed. This broccoli should be in the trash, not on someone's plate. I didn't return it the same day because I live 15 minutes away. This is beyond disgusting. It's a great way to ruin someone's meal and potentially cause food poisoning.

If you like a good plain chicken meal, this is the place. But don't expect super cheap prices because that's not EPL. Plus drinks are extra and in my opinion, over the top in price also. But the chicken is real good, and knocks McDonald's into a distant second place, if that.??

The one time I actually order in the store opposed to online, it took over 30 minutes before they got my order to me. Thing it, it was sitting back there and no one called it out. Just got a refund and deleted the app.

Food was dry cold no good and they had us wait in lobby for 15 minutes until they noticed us in there. Poor customer service.

I went on Sunday night 9/1/24 with my girlfriend. I made sure to look up if they were still open and according to Google they closed at 11 PM. I went at 10 PM to order in the drive thru. I had to ask 3 separate times whether they were open. I NEVER heard a response. I pulled forward to see the window and if people were working, as I did I heard the worker finally reply but to the vehicle BHEIND me. As I looked into the window I saw the employee with her headset on smiling and laughing while not working. I also saw 2 more employees behind the front counter not working and laughing and another 2 employees enjoying their lunch inside at a table. There was at least 3 with headsets on and NONE of them responded. The LACK of work ethic was extremely disappointing to see. It’s ok though I took it as a sign to NEVER return to this location because if they didn’t want to work who knows what the conditions of their kitchen and prep stations looks like.
We were overcharged and are free chirrisos were nit free lastly we were charged for sauce we did not order. Very unhappy ?
