This is the worst location. Every time I go there they tell me it's going to be 20 for chicken

Food was dry cold no good and they had us wait in lobby for 15 minutes until they noticed us in there. Poor customer service.

I went on Sunday night 9/1/24 with my girlfriend. I made sure to look up if they were still open and according to Google they closed at 11 PM. I went at 10 PM to order in the drive thru. I had to ask 3 separate times whether they were open. I NEVER heard a response. I pulled forward to see the window and if people were working, as I did I heard the worker finally reply but to the vehicle BHEIND me. As I looked into the window I saw the employee with her headset on smiling and laughing while not working. I also saw 2 more employees behind the front counter not working and laughing and another 2 employees enjoying their lunch inside at a table. There was at least 3 with headsets on and NONE of them responded. The LACK of work ethic was extremely disappointing to see. It’s ok though I took it as a sign to NEVER return to this location because if they didn’t want to work who knows what the conditions of their kitchen and prep stations looks like.

We were overcharged and are free chirrisos were nit free lastly we were charged for sauce we did not order. Very unhappy ?

Came in for lunch , during my visit the health inspector came in . Dylan was prepping food super quick , then line formed and he took over cashier too. Only one actually working . Blanca was just wondering around , didn’t help out her coworker even though he asked . Blanca was just going around the kitchen multiple times and laughing. Also good job for the manager Jose for getting the chicken out on temperature!
