Came in for lunch , during my visit the health inspector came in . Dylan was prepping food super quick , then line formed and he took over cashier too. Only one actually working . Blanca was just wondering around , didn’t help out her coworker even though he asked . Blanca was just going around the kitchen multiple times and laughing. Also good job for the manager Jose for getting the chicken out on temperature!

It was my first time and I did the drive-thru. Service was good except I didn't really order what I wanted and I felt like they could have clarified it with me. I ordered the double chicken thinking I was getting the newest double chicken tostada and instead of got the salads. So it was really disappointing but overall not their fault. I ad heard this chain had really good food with relatively healthy options. I ordered three pieces of chicken with Mac n chs and salad. Corn tortilla. Chicken wasn't ready, 10 to 15 min wait ( this was 6 pm) . After about 10 mins my order was brought out. Staff was very kind, helpful, apologetic. I drive home. Chicken was delicious. My Mac n cheese was now rice, but it was decent Spanish style rice. My corn tortillas were now flour. Ok. Salad was correct. Accidents happen....
