The food could be good all the time but unfortunately it depends who's preparing it. Above all the tostada salads, they should be the easiest thing to mange but apparently it is not

The drive thru setup is terrible to pull into. They back the line up by not taking orders when you get to the speaker, they make you wait until they clear the car ahead from the window.

This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrific restaurant, my first experience was walking into the disgusting restroom, I felt like I should get started on antibiotics after using it. It doesn't appear that the staff ever cleans. As for food, we ended up not eating because, they use kiosks for ordering and the staff doesn't offer any assistance at all.Im not sure if any of them spoke English. Stay away from this horrific location. This isn't a reflection on other location, just this filthy one.

I went in for two chicken guacamole burritos and I was hungry so I ate it but damn the chicken was burnt bit and I had so much water from the beans my burrito was a mess but again HUNGRY!

Restaurant was an absolute hot mess. There were only a few clean tables and there were homeless people sleeping around some of the booths. Floor was wet and sticky. The bathrooms smelled really bad on the inside.

First of all, let’s talk about there service they are so unhelpful one of the employees she was a manager just kept looking and smiling. Then when I asked for assistance, the other employee look like he was confused. He had to go ask someone else and tell them my situation, which was that I ordered from the kiosk. I use my code and as soon as it timed out, it would no longer allow me to use my code, that’s crazy everybody wanna be like McDonald’s then when I get my burrito as I’m trying to enjoy it a bone scratches the roof of my mouth just what I love a bone in my chicken burrito and it’s not even diced up or anything. It’s like they just pulled apart and like whatever fell out just out fell like I don’t understand if you don’t wanna work there quit but don’t kill anybody because my family don’t play about theirs do better. El Pollo loco do better.

I bought a two piece meal (breast & wing), got home to a two wing meal with the wings dry and hard as a bone. It’s ridiculous they sold this to anyone! I could only eat the beans and rice for the price of $11. Great way to end my day. Thanks pollo loco

Spent $40 on 3 double chicken tostada bowls that had no avocado, hard uncooked rice, barely any chicken, and the cilantro dressing was watery and gross. Disappointed I spent that much on this and it was barely edible. Also waited a while in the drive through which I would understand if the food was fresh but it was old and gross.

We struggled to inter a code for free borito, and after 20 minutes of having hard time, we ask a managers help and she stated I'm sorry, I don't know...... ok, it's she don't know then who knows?

What's the point of ordering food when they don't get it right and then they run out of stuff that you order and not going to replace or I tell you that they ran out on whatever you order. The restaurant was super cold like the a/c was on 40 degrees. I didn't even get all of my order but I had enough with that place I didn't even wanted to stay long. I would tell people don't eat there, please go somewhere else and don't make since that the drink machine only shoot put water on almost all the flavors. I'll give this place a one star they shouldn't even get that.
