We order two separate orders : 1. Double Chicken tostada salad 2. Regular chicken salad We asked for separate checks for each order. The cashier asked if we wanted chips and guacamole and we answered “ Yes. We would like two orders. We asked for an order of chips and guacamole on each order., When we went to pay for the order , the cashier had a bad attitude and she had no idea about our orders. She kept closing the window as she complained about us to her staff members. All we asked was to pay for each order separately. She acted like we were in her way and would rather socialize with her friends behind the corner rather than doing her job. She was not welcoming. Her tone of voice was mean and she tolled her eyes at us when we asked her how much to pay for each order. When we received the order, she put tye salads in one bag as if they were one order , rather than in separate bags. She didn’t hive is our chips and guacamole either and she slammed the window when we asked for our chips and guacamole . She had our orders mixed up and she had me pay for the wrong order. She acted like she was high on drugs or something because no matter how many times that we explained the order, she acted like she didn’t hear us and we had to repeat the order several times. The man who took our order was not there to help us either. Needless to say, we paid for food that we didn’t receive ( our chips and guacamole were not in the bag). The food tasted terrible and it was thrown together with scrap shredded meat rather than chunks of chicken breasts. There wasn’t hardly any salad veggies in the salads . The lettuce was wilted and it tasted old. It was a horrible experience .

The staff here at this location is great . Just visitors passing through from Hawaii and they had good food and so much Aloha here . Recommended this place to all my family and friends. Mahalo .

Very clean, drive thru cashier was very nice and professional
Tortilla Soup hardly had any pollo & even put the TAIL of the pollo in the soup (7/13/24)...terrible! Plus, order a family meal & the pollo was so small, it was like a cornish hen & way OVER-PRICED also (6/30/24). Unless your quality improves & prices lowered, will NOT return.

Used to love this place. They raised thier prices 25% recently. I like them so much I agreed to pay 30 dollars for an 8 piece family meal...bow are photos of the Mac and cheese wichbused to be our favorite. The entire container was cheese sauce nothing but runy cheese sauce with little to no macaroni in it....I mean if we pay this much the food should at least be made right....will be my last visit

Drive thru took a little long to place the order a 2 person meal, xtra side of corn plus mashed potatoes , instructed to go park , the order will be brought to the car. Got home No corn no mashed potatoes that were paid for. My fault. Definitely not happy.
