What's the point of ordering food when they don't get it right and then they run out of stuff that you order and not going to replace or I tell you that they ran out on whatever you order. The restaurant was super cold like the a/c was on 40 degrees. I didn't even get all of my order but I had enough with that place I didn't even wanted to stay long. I would tell people don't eat there, please go somewhere else and don't make since that the drink machine only shoot put water on almost all the flavors. I'll give this place a one star they shouldn't even get that.

Got our food and was super disappointed we paid for extra chicken got drinks with our meal and there was barely any chicken drinks were flat with no ice paid 45.00 for nothing now if you charge 45.00 make the food worth it people work hard for there money and I have never been so disappointed

I just order our family diner from this location and honestly couldn’t not even eat the chicken. It was so dry and the skin so dry and hard that you barely could it the center of the chicken.

I told the girl I have vision problems and the screen was hard for me to see, her response was I’m the only one here , even though I counted 4 people, if el pollo loco doesn’t want to serve people with disabilities then they should post it on their door.

We have been going to this el pollo loco for years! The chicken has ALWAYS been delicious. But today was so different. We couldn't even eat the chicken in our 5$ bowls. One family member picked the chunks out, and the other couldn't eat the meal. Idk if it's a different chicken.... it's disgusting.

So, most important is the food. Well, you'll be happy to hear that it's totally edible. I rated it a 3/5 because it's safe but very mediocre. I ordered their regular chicken and their habanero. The regular was dry, which was a good trick as it had just come off the grill. The habanero tasted like a spicier Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce. Very Mexican it wasn't. The sides were equally dull and poorly seasoned.
Service was a 2/5 experience. The traditional fast food disinterested and disconnected high school staff were extra disinterested and disconnected. Very special. If the management doesn't give a shit, don't expect underpaid teenagers to step up.
Atmosphere is a 3/5 as it's just another fast food interior. Who cares what it looks like as long as the other two factors are worth the trip.
Yeah. This is a great place to bring a date you never want to see again.

Ordered one Two piece one breast one wing. Received half of the very, very dry breast and a wing that was totally overcooked. Second order was a three-piece leg and thigh I received two backs very dry no meat and did receive one pigeon leg, but too dry to eat Nothing close to a chicken thigh could tell that the chicken they served us sat in under the heat lamp for a very long time. Second time the same situation happened will not be going back very very poor food quality!!!!!

We order two separate orders : 1. Double Chicken tostada salad 2. Regular chicken salad We asked for separate checks for each order. The cashier asked if we wanted chips and guacamole and we answered “ Yes. We would like two orders. We asked for an order of chips and guacamole on each order., When we went to pay for the order , the cashier had a bad attitude and she had no idea about our orders. She kept closing the window as she complained about us to her staff members. All we asked was to pay for each order separately. She acted like we were in her way and would rather socialize with her friends behind the corner rather than doing her job. She was not welcoming. Her tone of voice was mean and she tolled her eyes at us when we asked her how much to pay for each order. When we received the order, she put tye salads in one bag as if they were one order , rather than in separate bags. She didn’t hive is our chips and guacamole either and she slammed the window when we asked for our chips and guacamole . She had our orders mixed up and she had me pay for the wrong order. She acted like she was high on drugs or something because no matter how many times that we explained the order, she acted like she didn’t hear us and we had to repeat the order several times. The man who took our order was not there to help us either. Needless to say, we paid for food that we didn’t receive ( our chips and guacamole were not in the bag). The food tasted terrible and it was thrown together with scrap shredded meat rather than chunks of chicken breasts. There wasn’t hardly any salad veggies in the salads . The lettuce was wilted and it tasted old. It was a horrible experience .
Me and my Children loved this place . We all loved the atmosphere here . Welcoming crew and everything tasted awesome. The staff here at this location is great . Just visitors passing through from Hawaii and they had good food and so much Aloha here . Recommended this place to all my family and friends. Mahalo .
