I visited this location today, April 15th, possibly for the last time. I ordered two burritos, a chicken avocado burrito and a chipotle chicken avocado burrito. The cashier messed up and put in a classic chicken burrito instead of the chipotle burrito, so that's what I received. This is an understandable mistake, but I have visited several times recently and this location has been having problems with order accuracy. Upon trying to address this issue with the manager, Lily, she simply blamed it on "new staff" and acted inconvenienced about having to fix my order. News flash Lily: new hires are your problem, not mine, and not taking accountability for their mistakes makes you a bad manager. When I also pointed out that she had a bad attitude, she simply said "I don't know what to tell you" and went on about her day. Whoever owns this place needs to give their staff a wake up call. They're going to lose a lot of business if this sort of customer service continues. I have submitted a formal complaint through the El Pollo Loco website and have also sent a hard copy letter to the board of directors in California.

This place is horrible. I usually eat El Pollo Loco by my job on rainbow and it’s always excellent. Excellent service and food. This is the second time I’ve gotten food from this one. I only eat the shredded chicken taco and both time I’ve gotten it. Look like they just threw it together. Look like a taco salad. Lettuce is just thrown everywhere taco is cold chicken is stale. This last time I got it, it gave me diarrhea so either someone isn’t washing their hands. I will never ever eat from there again. Thank you but no thank you

Chicken breasts were cooked to the consistency of a rock. Also ordered Guacamole as a side and never received it in our to-go order. Order was 5:00pm on 1/15 Spend $35 on food to only throw away or never received.On a prior order a few weeks ago we received the guacamole only to find it had turned black, threw that away as well.Their food use to be fresh and delicious what happened??? We will no longer be coming back.

This El Pollo Loco has gone totally downhill. My sister and I got the double chicken tostada salads there today. We received about half the chicken that use to come with it. Both of our salads had bones in them. Thankfully, neither of us cracked a tooth. A couple of the pieces of chicken in my salad were very old and dried out. It had been awhile since I'd eaten there, but I was still surprised how bad the food was.

I went inside to place my order to go. I don't suggest the chicken dinners. The thigh and leg two piece were the tiniest pieces I've ever seen. Miniature and dry. I asked for a side of sour cream to accompany the chicken quesadilla. I was charged, but did not receive it. There was such a scant amount of chicken on the quesadilla, and my friend who loves Mexican food asked what it was. I ordered the chicken avocado bowl, but had to share it with my friend since he was still hungry despite eating the 2 piece chicken dinner and the quesadilla box. Oh, I did request extra corn on my chicken avocado bowl and it seriously looked like such a small amount. Flavors were bland, but improved after adding four packets of hot jalapeño sauce, a few pico de gallo, and a few thin, green avocado looking sauce. The sizes of the pico de gallo and avocado sauce were about a quarter of the size of small Jell-O shot container. My tab was almost $33, and we both left hungry. There were only 2 people in the line in front of me, one was paying. Plenty of staff, both sides of the grill full of chicken, but sadly took 20 minutes to order and receive my food. The dining area and beverage station needed a good cleaning. The cashier appeared stressed and overwhelmed. I honestly cannot recommend El Pollo Loco.
