I just left this place about 20 minutes ago. I get home to eat my food. The cilantro sauce that I purchased for an additional $.89 was watery didn’t taste like cilantro at all the avocado in my double chicken bowl is extremely hard. Some of the lettuce is dead horrible horrible experience.

The prices at this location have gotten absolutely out of control. I was so shocked when I went in today, I just ended up leaving. Shame because the food is good otherwise.

Tried the Guacamole Chipotle burrito 🌯 today, man have I’ve been missing out.
My go to is the five dollar bowl, I’m glad I changed it today.

One thing that I cannot live without is the red salsa. Man is that delicious 🤤 has a strong 💪 kick.

I used to enjoy this location. This time was not great. There was one customer in the store. No one asked to take my order, so I placed it at the kiosk, and it took over 10 minutes for me to get my order. There were 4 employees in the store, I did not feel welcomed. My crispy tacos were over cooked and just disappointing. Not sure I'll go back, maybe I'll try one more time.

I don't like the fact that they put cilantro in everything, including the guacamole? That's not good for people who do not like cilantro. There's a large number of us and to just disregard our taste buds is not fair at all. The burrito was good, but they substituted avocado for the guacamole, and I didn't taste it until I got to the last couple of bites. So they just threw it in there, to please me. But in all fairness, the young lady who was taking my order. In all fairness, the young lady who was taking my order was very accommodating and sweet. She's a keeper. I hope they pay her well.

What a disappointing experience at this location. My girlfriend and I ordered the 16-piece family meal. Ordered it online and went to pick it up. Took over 20 minutes to get the food. Only 1 guy was in front of me. Nobody in drive thru or in the lobby ordering food. So speed was an issue. Then, once it was finished, I checked my food in the car to check if it was all there. They forgot my side of salad. So I go back in and let them know. They gave me the salad. I didn't check anything else. I assumed it was good to go. I get home, and my girlfriend notices they forgot ALL of our tortillas too!!! 16 corn tortillas, missing. Then, we were supposed to have 4 LARGE sides. So the containers were large, but ONLY HALF FILLED!!! So what a RIPOFF! Never coming back here again. So disappointed. Ruined her night. The sides were also cold. Too bad we were too hungry to drive back. Lesson learned.
