Currently under construction and being remodeled, so unfortunately I was unable to order from inside which I usually prefer at places like this. There was only one car in front of me and a short wait for me to order. Prices have gone up which made me stick to something simpler. I ordered two legs and flour tortillas and ordered my son a quesadilla with chicken and guacamole. I checked my order before leaving and everything was there, chicken looked dry and a part of my tortilla shell was hard from the feel of the package.Got home to eat and chicken was exactly like I thought crunchy and hard but yet still very flavorful, I ended up using the corn tortillas I had at home. No comments yet on the quesadilla as my son is at football practice.

I ordered 2 advavodo tacos and there was no advacados on either tacos only got chicken lettuce

You can tell from how they screw up your food at this location that it’s intentional. Go to a different location.

Hours are incorrect online they have the correct hours posted on the window in person but this location and the other 2 says they’re open till 11 I don’t know why you would leave the hours online incorrect for who knows how long and someone said let me know when you’re ready to order in the drive through then didn’t answer at all until we saw a worker taking out the trash then letting us know they actually were closed

We went to buy a family meal and when we got home, the "large size rice" was only half full and it was HARD, we couldn't even eat it. This is the second time something happened in the same location. The other time we bought 3 burritos and they didn't put chicken on them. Both times we noticed the issues when we were already at home, so we couldn't go back to the restaurant to complaint. We are never coming back!
Love this place and the food. But almost always my sauces are forgotten. Always check before leaving

Although I give it many stars I do want to mention I really Love the Orgibal Pollo Bowl and I asked to sub out a sauce for another sauce not get an extra but I am being told no the sauce is the cilantro lime what I want on my bowl and again I am being told no I can't switvh it out then I was told it cost 50 cent umm ok thanks but no thanks just seemed strange to pay for a bowl and not have the option of my sauce or to swap a sauce. Then pay for the sauce I want idk..... Fast forward to yesterday which this story was about a week or two ago give or take and now the cilantro lime cost 86 cents WOW i just feel like Amercia has been pretty harsh towards us since the pandemic rather than helpful idk......... Any ways Be Blessed Lol I still Love a Original Pollo Bowl honestly! Signed By A'lady
