Sandra gave me a really hard time due to blue diamond location not giving me my salsa y salada dressing. I simply asked for it to be added and she said no. Devoid of humanity in my opinion bc my food is fresh and paid for from same chain; why not rectify the issue as a human? She ended up giving one dressing which is fine. I asked for her to add it on top. Deff was very odd

I wanted to like this meal more because the flavor was actually quite good, but the value just wasn't there. I ordered a burrito that was almost entirely filled with rice. While the rice was tasty, there was hardly any chicken to be found—it felt like it was missing the main ingredient or they were being extremely stingy with the portions. On the positive side, the service was great and the staff were friendly, but for the price, I expected a balanced meal, not a 'rice burrito.' Disappointed in the food quality this time around.
