I am a Dasher and am frequently in and out of a lot of places. I recently had the joy of getting to pick up a delivery for a customer from your wonderful location. Your store had a super clean presence. I was immediately greeted by Timetrius who had big energy smile and was incredibly helpful in making sure order had sufficient tortillas and extra utensils for the large family style order I was to pick up and then deliver to customer. You have a dedicated team that makes everything a success and it’s a joy to have been personally assisted by Timetrius. High fives all around🙌⭐️🎉!

Order via kiosk, which seems to be the norm at any fast food these dsys. Very busy, Fast considering how many were ordering. Good tasting! Price much less than most fast food places!

It was five minutes till close and they still took my order with a smile in the face. This place is also no questions asked no questions asked. Went to another El Pollo Loco in a surrounding area and they had a whole 30 minutes and refused service due to laziness. Way to go Loco you guys rock🔥

This location has a big problem with the folks in the 7pm shift. How is it possible that the manager is joking with the employees when there are 4 cars in the drive-thru? They proceed to tell customers that 8 pieces of chicken will take 30 minutes to be done. I’ve come midday and the service and the food are excellent, but the night shift needs to improve because this is the third time this happens.

How do you review a fast food chain's location? I mean, no surprises, right? Right. But that doesn't mean you can't recognized a good experience.
We recently relocated back to Las Vegas, and this location is nearest our house. We've ordered carry-out twice now, and here's our verdict: good stuff! Both times our orders were done on time, prepared accurately, and were delicious. So far, we've ordered bowls, but we want to try the whole chicken next.
I've been eating in El Pollo Loco since I lived in San Antonio in the mid-1980s. Their quality is usually pretty good. This was all that and we'll keep it in the carry out rotation. Good stuff.
doesn't look like a full portion and no one asked for hot sauce. Choose another location to order from if you want a full portion for your money
