Wow!! This location is under new management and I am very excited. I was greeted when I came in, friendly smiles, great service and the chicken was not hard or burnt! The portions were what they should be and I will definitely go back confident I will have great service. The manager is sweet as pie and a worker lady was so nice. Forgive me, I forgot their names. Come and see the new and improved on Skye Canyon!

Had a great experience at another location across town so I wanted to try the same meal (Double Chicken Tostada) at the Sky Canyon location to compare them since this is 5 min from my home. I went twice, the first time there was hardly any chicken at all, the second time, there was more chicken but where was the beans & rice, salsa? Inconsistent and disappointing. I doubt, I'll try again. I will happily drive across town, to go where I know the food will be great, consistent and where the staff was extra friendly. Thought someone should know.

Wow, this place has deteriorated from what it once was. The food at this location is inedible and the appearance isn’t much better. The food and drink is also very expensive. The self pay and order gives the employees more of an opportunity to be aloof. Not returning!

Haven't had El Pollo Loco for years and decided to give it a try after all this time . So walked in and had to wait to order and looked around at the food people were eating in the dining room . I immediately started chuckling and that's because when I saw the price these people were willing to pay , again haven't been here for a while , for a bunch of ONE BiTE ANOREXIC chicken , I thought it hilarious .
Sorry El Pollo Loco and every other establishment that wants to raise there prices through the roof with little to no food to show for it , know your just basically waiting to close your doors .
Bob's Big Boy tavern just permanently closed up here , I wonder who will be next for making bad decisions ... ?
Anyways , so left and went to Smith's and got a rotisserie chicken , gaucamloe salsa , corn tortillas and viola , generic El Pollo Loco with 3 times the meat for a fraction of the cost .......

This location should be ashamed of itself. I went to this restaurant for dinner at 6:15 PM and ordered white meat chicken that was completely dry and burnt. After trying to hunt someone down behind the counter, I was told that they will replace it. After 20 minutes, no response and I requested to speak with a manager. After speaking to the manager, I was told it would be 30 more minutes before chicken would be ready. Kind of strange that you don’t have chicken at dinner time when you’re a chicken restaurant and when most people eat. After such a waste of time, I just requested a refund. It’s very insulting when you walk in a restaurant and nobody greets you except for big video screens to place your order. I’m OK with placing an order on a video screen, but not to acknowledge you is very insulting. El Pollo Loco you should take lessons on customer service and quality of food from Chick-fil-A. You lost me as a customer.

Had my order messed up on 7/12. Drove 30 minutes home to find items are missing. I get it happens sometimes. Manager said come back I’ll replace it. Go back to get it replaced mention her name. That a note should be to replace it. Guy running window for me said.
“Well what you want from me some Tostadas?” Then laughed. Manager then stepped in.

Long waits with short lines. With the cost over everything at the moment it’s not worth it.

The food here was great and there wasn't a long wait to get my food. You do have to use a digital screen to make an order as there weren't any actual employees to take orders.

Was put off by the earlier reviews when the store was working out its bugs, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. The kiosk was easy to use, very friendly and courteous staff, location very clean, and food was near perfect. I can't find one negative thing, and I tried to think of something. I rarely give 5 stars across the board, but they were on top of it that visit.

They gave us a cheaper piece of chicken than what we paid for. The portions were small. The drum sticks were only big enough for one bite...really! Super-super-mini-drumsticks. Other restaurants have bigger drumettes than this place. Not even a very good taste!!! We were expecting something, anything, but this chicken place gave us nothing! Nothing special, nothing fun, nothing tasty and no reason to return.

Very sad, food ok, was served little cold.
Sitting inside eating lunch, the cooks/manager? Sitting next to me playing loud videos while on break.. absolutely unprofessional!!!

If this is the Manger, very sad!..
I did look at this gentleman and then after about 10 min of video play, his phone rang and went outside on your patio to talk.. I will not be back to this store!
