The attention here is terrible, they did not help me with my online purchase and the lady at the box told me it will be for the next purchase and left me talking alone at the counter.

They close at 10:30 and the app allows inside pick up until 10:30, I show up at 9:40 and a lady yells from the back of the store "were closed" I ignore her because why would I entertain that behavior ? A male employee then says " so I assume you're here for a pickup?" I said yes and gave my name he gave it to me and said "everything is in the bag" and booked it into the back office as the lady followed my tail out the door slamming it and locking it behind me. I appreciate the manager though, for sitting in the lobby on his phone throughout this event.

My roommate took me out for lunch I had a chicken avocado taco anda Big Chicken avocado burrito
I ate the taco, took the burrito home for dinner It was really good, fresh good pieces of chicken and avocado

We ordered to go through the drive thru came home and the salsa was rotten, the chicken was so burnt that it tasted stale, and the tortillas were so soggy that it was mush! The chips were stale, and the guacamole tasted rotten. It was absolutely horrible! I do not recommend this Pollo Loco, I have been to so many others and never had food like this. And we paid over $60. Not here again!
