Horrible drive-thru experience. The staff was extremely rude and acted like we were a nuisance for simply ordering food. Our meals were basically shoved at us, they forgot our drink, and when we asked for it, it was treated like a huge inconvenience. Asking for salsa earned us dirty looks. To top it off, once we got home, one of the orders was wrong. The girl working the drive-thru looked annoyed to even be there. Definitely not the service I expect.

Easily the worst El Pollo Loco in Las Vegas. It's never good but that's my bad for thinking it could get better. Ordered food today w/ Uber eats, took them 45 minutes because they had no chicken!?!?. Just to be clear... the employees seem great, whoever owns the place is the problem.

I felt very uncomfortable at this Pollo Loco. There were about four women laughing, joking, and talking over the food, which made me no want to eat it. I think customers deserve respect. I think they should be more serious. They should be ashamed.

Prices are a lot higher than what I remember and the portion size was way smaller. Still tasty but left un satisfied due to the changes.

I wish I could give no stars, The evening manager on Monday 10/20/ 2025 was very rude to my daughter about items they did not put in the bag. We eat at this place at least 3 times a week a family of 3. The manager stated they have Cameras watching so they can not replace the Lemonade and queso that was not put in the bag. As if my daughter walked in to get a free lemonade. This was you all error. All our orders is scanned through the app so proof of receipt we had. We spoke to a manager on the phone and she said next time you are here stop by and We will give you the items you purchased. Since you have cameras nasty speaking night manager the owner should go and look at the video because we are not the only customers per reviewes were items, food and condiments are not being placed in the bag. He was rude , his tone very disrespectful like we are trying to get a free lemonade. Put what we pay for in the bag and hand the customers there drink. You are taking customers money and we the customer has missing item's. Learn how to talk to people you would not want someone to talk to your daughter that way. Keep that in mind. I will be contacting higher ups in regard to this matter. I hope other people see this review and do not come there. We will not be back. We will definitely not support 3days a week at your store any longer. I rather drive 10mins longer and spend our money where someone talks to you kind. We recorded the conversation also. Other employees had let the nasty mouth manager know we come here all the time. It probably was you who did not put the items in the bag or hand us our drink. Think about your family being out in public and a restaurant manager being rude.

Food was good like always
We stoped.on our way to the park, only thing was we did not recieve forks to use to eat our Pollo bowls.

Maybe next time double check the bags at drive thru instead of rushing the customer off so fast. Other than that we were satisfied.

I had pollo loco in different locations but this was the worse. Had a doble chicken tostada no flavor at all, and then the horchata you had to get it from the lady in the front other drinks were available. Also not the best attitude with.the worker in the front

One of the cleaner pollo locos in the area. The food was hot and fresh and pretty good. The staff here is incredible. The Manager Jada helped accommodate my specific order and another worker named Sam went above and beyond in serving up customer service with a smile. Overall an unexpected enjoyable experience at this establishment.
