We stopped yesterday around 8:00 pm tried to order 2 family orders of 16 pieces, but the manager said they can't take our order because they have no chicken. All the management on this location should be retrained or fired. The restaurant name is POLLO LOCO They are supposed to sell chicken.

Food is always fresh and tasty. I don't like that you have to order on a kiosk. Older people can't always get the hang of these! Still enjoy having a face to face encounter with the staff!

This is a typical El Pollo Loco. Tasty chicken - grilled, not fried. Their horchata is so tasty on a hot Las Vegas day and it’s self serve right next to the soda fountain.
Poor customer service. She just pointed at the self check out machine. I wasn't able to use my QR code to get the rewards/discount. Not really happy with the experience at this location.
Probably less likely to go inside. Just order thru drive-thru as a very last resort.
EPL is a sellout on in person customer service.

This was my go to childhood mexican fastfood chain in the Philippines so it was a must try when I was in Las Vegas. Servings are definitely bigger and there’s more sides option vs Philippines. The taste I would say is pretty same. Nice for quick lunch!
