This is a horrible experience ever. Everything is automated. The few staff that is in there is very rude. The place is filthy. They will not assist at all. You can't order tortillas even if in menu. You just lost our business

Place was dirty, self serve cashiers not good vibe. There was no house salsa which is EPL trade, got home order had the wrong tortillas, very disappointed, no more quality. Ho back to your roots

Terrible customer service.
The cashier was very indifferent about
the presence of customers. She spent
most of her time talking on her phone
and socializing with her coworkers.

She refused to take my order in person.
She said the only way to order was to
use the kiosk, which took three times
longer than it should have.

While we were waiting for our order this cashier
decided to go home and so she stood in front of
the counter and made other employees stop what
they were doing and bring her personal belongings
to her.

While she was waiting for her belongings she
was blocking access to the order pickup area.
Every thing had to stop until she finally
left the building.

An order was placed on the counter ready
for pickup but nobody announced who the
order was for. After the cashier left
the order continued to sit there for a
long time. Eventually somebody asked
us "Is this your order?"
It seems customers have to guess about
which order is theirs.

The survey website on the receipt was not spelled correctly.

They wanted to charge for Salsa. Ants all over drink area, and inside horchata dispenser. No air in the bathroom. It was a heat box. The place was dirty.

You can stand at the counter for ever trying to get someone's attention. The quality of the Francise has gone so down ,now that computer orders are in affect. Even the computer ordering is more messed ordering correctly.

The customer service is horrendous. First off over an hour after opening time and all of the doors are locked. Once another customer let's me in, no staff acknowledged my existence.. I placed an online order and it wasn't even ready for 20+ minutes after their pickup time.. no apologies, no estimated time for when my food would be ready... worst experience... wasted my entire lunch waiting for food

Ordered online and drove back home around 6 miles to find out missing items. This is the 2nd time it happened. Never go back to this location anymore.

Horrible.. ants in the drinks and people working here suck don't waste your time.

UPDATE: To the owner that responded what else do you need to know? Why don't u check your cameras and see how your workers work and how bad the customer service is? Why don't you step in your restaurant and see how disgusting it is. Health violations all over!! Check those cameras and let us all know why ants would be in the drinks for people to consume.
