PLEASE clean or clear out the line for NON CARBONATED drinks. Ordering fruit punch or vitamin water Should NOT be mixed with carbonation. This location is pretty consistently Failing everytime at one point or another. The order instructions to Customer Sevice. I remember you. Please reach out would love to share feedback from the local medical plaza. Yes I could go else where. But only one of us is at work when it comes down to the service and lack of quality.

I ordered a double chicken salad...it wasn't double but it was good. I was already at home and didn't want to go back.
Always check your food before you leave!
Do not do online delivery. They will intentionally leave out any sauces, to save a few pennies... Your food does not taste good without the salsa, so please make it standard operating procedure to include it with every meal especially family meals with chips... This is the last time I order
I love going here. It's been 20 years, and the food still tastes like home. If you've never been, you should definitely try it. I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Burrito.
This, by far, has been the best Polloc Loco I have visited in Las Vegas. Great service and will be returning again.

This is a horrible experience ever. Everything is automated. The few staff that is in there is very rude. The place is filthy. They will not assist at all. You can't order tortillas even if in menu. You just lost our business

Place was dirty, self serve cashiers not good vibe. There was no house salsa which is EPL trade, got home order had the wrong tortillas, very disappointed, no more quality. Ho back to your roots

Terrible customer service.
The cashier was very indifferent about
the presence of customers. She spent
most of her time talking on her phone
and socializing with her coworkers.
She refused to take my order in person.
She said the only way to order was to
use the kiosk, which took three times
longer than it should have.
While we were waiting for our order this cashier
decided to go home and so she stood in front of
the counter and made other employees stop what
they were doing and bring her personal belongings
to her.
While she was waiting for her belongings she
was blocking access to the order pickup area.
Every thing had to stop until she finally
left the building.
An order was placed on the counter ready
for pickup but nobody announced who the
order was for. After the cashier left
the order continued to sit there for a
long time. Eventually somebody asked
us "Is this your order?"
It seems customers have to guess about
which order is theirs.
The survey website on the receipt was not spelled correctly.

They wanted to charge for Salsa. Ants all over drink area, and inside horchata dispenser. No air in the bathroom. It was a heat box. The place was dirty.

You can stand at the counter for ever trying to get someone's attention. The quality of the Francise has gone so down ,now that computer orders are in affect. Even the computer ordering is more messed ordering correctly.
