Great fast food if your craving Spanish made chicken. Great atmosphere plenty of seating. Just like I remember. Good place to eat chicken.

The place is dirty, they don’t speak English or they pretend to not understand, the food was old and nasty. I ordered a double tostada salad and it was horrible so bad I had to drive all the way back to be told by a nasty man what do I expect it’s fast food!!!! Seriously do not go to this place they are rude and the food is disgusting!!! Do better

We got taken such great care of! The food was delicious! It's been so long since we have had El Pollo Loco. There were no El Pollo Locos where we were living for a while.

I come here multiple times a week and have been coming here for a long time and I am getting absolutely fed up with the amount of homeless that have been coming in there lately, with many causing a scene and openly shooting up drugs in the diner and the bathroom and the staff never do ANYTHING!! If it was my business i would kick them out immediately. Getting to the point to where i might stop going there all together. Have some respect for the paying customers, especially the ones that spend a good amount of money there by kicking out the homeless who do nothing for the business other then ruin the experience for the customers.

Would be five stars but the staff at 12:20PM on Aug 7th is so bad it can't be ignored. Used to come 4-5x a week, now I usually walk out the one time I stop by bc no one bothers to take your order.
It just sucks bc when its not these people its was a great place to go to. This crew makes you feel like you're bothered them or shouldn't bother coming in.
I pulled up at about 9:20 to place an order but was only able to order limited items because they shut the grill off. They close at 10, so why are they shutting the grill off at 9:20? If they’re open until 10, the full menu should be available until 10. Not partially available because lazy workers don’t want to stay after to do the job they signed up to do.

Incredibly friendly and patient staff. But the only thing loco about their pollo are the prices. I know the economy has been hard on everyone and that businesses have to pass down price increases to customers, but in these rough economic times, when people do not have any discretionary income, a chain such as yourselves could command brand loyalty simply by being aggressive with your value.
