Never again!! Never again!! $175 catering order and we get treated like this!! How dare you?!!! This was the first and last time I or 12 of my coworkers will ever use this store’s catering service or the catering service for El Pollo Loco ever again!! They sent us the order on time, but there were items missing and they did not send us any plates. Any utensils or any napkins!! For $175 no plates no napkins no utensils unbelievable!!! When I called the manager, a Hispanic male answered the phone said he was the manager. He said he would try to help us. He was sorry and then he wouldn’t send us the items that were missing. We would’ve had to drive there to pick them up.!!! What?!! The whole purpose of having a catered meal is so that we don’t have to go get it at our lunch hour!!! How dare you pack of clowns?!!! He said, go ahead and make your complaint in a very confrontational way. Why did he do that? Because he knows he does not care at all!! This was a waste of money and a waste of time and we will never do it again and all 12 of my coworkers agreed and they are beginning their campaign to badmouth this particular El Pollo Loco location and what happened!! Word of mouth is much more powerful than these companies think. It’s obvious that the manager doesn’t care the least they could’ve done was send us somebody with this stuff quickly. We were right down the road to give us what we needed because we paid for it!!! Your apology is meaningless and it is not accepted. Don’t waste your time and money with this location they don’t care. You’re liable to get sick that’s how much they don’t care!!

We stopped on a road trip. Food was good. Cost was $46 for five people including three drinks. I would have ordered ahead on their site if I were to do it again. Time to receive food was about 15 minutes. It was missing an item, but the staff was friendly and quickly fixed it. Bathroom cleanliness was acceptable. Parking was fine, and there were plenty of seats inside. I would come again.

Probably one of the worst location in Vegas employees just standing around talking to each other instead of telling me my food was ready. I had to go up there to ask if that was my order when there’s no other customers in the store. Also they got my order wrong didn’t realized it until I got home. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

The place is dirty, they don’t speak English or they pretend to not understand, the food was old and nasty. I ordered a double tostada salad and it was horrible so bad I had to drive all the way back to be told by a nasty man what do I expect it’s fast food!!!! Seriously do not go to this place they are rude and the food is disgusting!!! Do better
