Very disappointed of the food. Ordered a tostada salad with double chicken and it was not made right. The soda machines were not working correctly and tasted like water and the horchata machine spewed out only syrup. I will not go to this location again.

I like their food. This location does their best, but they have frequent communication problems that mess up my order. I went through the drive thru today and talked to six different people before I was handed my order, which was missing items. I don't think there were six employees at this location, so that would explain the problem. Adding more links to the chain doesn't always make it stronger.

Was supposed to be a queso guacamole chicken. No queso none and I repeated it 3 times over drive thru. My first time trying this place and will be my last. Drive was even busy the place inside wasn’t busy.

20+ minutes in line for $40 tab to get three meals - then when I ask for a salsa I’m told it’s 86 cents extra. After spending $40. For meals that are visually smaller than they were even a year ago. Haha embarrassing and will be taking this trash location off the fast food rotation.

What happened to this franchise? Used to be good, now the flavorful juicy chicken is now bland, burnt and dry. Salads always cold and dry. Rice is a hit or miss, and beans with no season or not cooked enough. And wrapped products (quesadillas, burritos, tacos) are filled with crumbs of burnt chicken and fatty skins. I used to crave this place, now wouldn't eat it if they paid me. And for service, most workers act like they hate to be there and you're inconveniencing them or asking them for free food. Horrible

2 kiosks not working. Only 4 people working there and one was trying to get the kiosks rebooted while 6 people were in line instead of taking the orders manually. The chicken was good this time, not overcooked or burned like the last two times. Because of the kiosk problem I couldn't enter my rewards number and the person who took my order said she couldn't do it.

Pretty decent food for the price, clean, personable servers.
Went through the drive thru on north Durango it was a long line which was fine they were busy. Get home and this is the creamy chipotle quesadilla. How disappointing I wasted money on this. This location used to be good but now if this is how orders are going to be I will not be wasting my money.

Nice clean new restaurant. We arrived moments before the lunch crowd. Kiosk ordering, but there was a person standing and offering assistance. Food took a few minutes, but it's fresh prepared. Delicious. We had tacos el carbon and red beans. Yum. Very inexpensive compared to all fast food you can choose ftom.
