If i could put 0 stars I would. Everytime i come here they find a way to mess up. They specifically ask if i want tortillas or chips and when I say chips they don’t put either. When the guy handed me my drink the lid wasn’t on and it spilled all over me and he just closed the window without giving me napkins. And once again, they asked me what salsa I wanted and gave me just 1 of a whole other salsa. Just Terrible.

Food is fine but don’t you dare ask for extra sauce etc or even them to give you your debit card back…twice now the same guy either doesn’t give the card back or you have to ask for them to give your card back (sketchy) and there is a lady there working evening shift around 6pm that’s rude as hell and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job at the drive thru.

My bf and I come here 3 to 4 times a week and we loved it here, until the food prep guy (not the cook)rolled his eyes at my bf because they forgot to give me guacamole. The manager seen himroll his eyes at him and didnt say anything. Twice before he had bad incounters but we ignored it. That is something we can not forgive, so we wont be comimg back here.

Did not serve my food correctly as ordered. Drive thru was rude. Very poor service. Sadly, but wouldn't want to come here again. I was left very disappointed.
I don't go out that often and I don't eat that much nowadays so I was by Walgreens picking up my medication and decide to stop in to El Pollo loco cuz it's the only thing nearby that has at least chicken and something that I can eat this can be good for me. They have a special right now that's two tacos for $5 I've been into one of the tacos and it literally shredded into pieces in my hand. The chicken inside the taco tastes more like a paste than chicken. I also ordered the double chicken avocado salad. If this is what you mean by double chicken then no wonder your dining room is completely empty.. My salsa was damn near Frozen like almost everything in my salad but though beans and rice were hot and the chicken was hot and it says it's on the wall that you make salsa from scratch daily but I have these salsa del Sol packets that taste like crap and I was totally disappointed.. however I do have to tell you your customer service was absolutely superb there is nothing bad I can say about that the crew that you have working for you is absolutely excellent they need a raise.....

Absolutely disgusted with the service & the meal I received. So I just left and I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I was in the car checking my meal… but no they weren’t. This location gave me complete crap …. I ordered a DOUBLE chicken tostada and the meat in this isn’t even the serving size for a regular tostada bowl, all of the “fresh” ingredients are old af and mushy … I told them no avocado and these folks scooped the avocado off the top which lets me know this bowl was clearly sitting out waiting for whomever to take it .. employee or customer .. idk but this is definitely unacceptable and I will def. Be reaching out to corporate about this… oh yeah the workers attitude was nasty as well… no type of greeting straight attitude.. I asked her for my receipt and she insisted on it being in the bag… I had to empty the bag in her face for her to print out a receipt to provide it to me… stay far away frown this place. I should’ve known from my first visit that this location was bs
