Absolutely disgusted with the service & the meal I received. So I just left and I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I was in the car checking my meal… but no they weren’t. This location gave me complete crap …. I ordered a DOUBLE chicken tostada and the meat in this isn’t even the serving size for a regular tostada bowl, all of the “fresh” ingredients are old af and mushy … I told them no avocado and these folks scooped the avocado off the top which lets me know this bowl was clearly sitting out waiting for whomever to take it .. employee or customer .. idk but this is definitely unacceptable and I will def. Be reaching out to corporate about this… oh yeah the workers attitude was nasty as well… no type of greeting straight attitude.. I asked her for my receipt and she insisted on it being in the bag… I had to empty the bag in her face for her to print out a receipt to provide it to me… stay far away frown this place. I should’ve known from my first visit that this location was bs

Ordered a chicken tortilla soup, not sure what this is. Kinda tastes like chicken soup but there was all grisel, little chunks of bones, the broth was brown. Didn’t eat it because I couldn’t figure out if the soup broth was bad or the chicken.

This is the one closer to me so unfortunately sometimes it’s more convenient to go here . The workers are ALWAYS rude . They have a huge turn around because this location is horrible and even the new ppl here turn out to be rude . They always have an attitude and look miserable. I’ve even been called out my name by one of the ghetto managers . I wish this location would go away already . You guys fail everyday to do a simple job . Don't get me started on the food .

Got there right when they opened . Stood at the order counter almost 10 minutes,then I had to get someone's attention that was less then 5 feet in front of me . They were to busy chopping chicken and talking. Finally got my order in and was out pretty quickly. On the way out I told myself I'm never coming back to this place. I only have a 30 minute lunch it took way to long to get a couple pieces of chicken

Dude how are you guys gonna give me a chicken breast piece in the 2 piece meal that's almost smaller than the leg?
I went to get a burrito that I had in my rewards and I asked for the chicken avocado burrito with just chicken rice beans and avocado and I guess they were really really low in avocado because they put one piece cut up it was so small that I couldn't even taste it. When I opened my burrito up I was able to see it didn't have but that small piece! Please don't offer rewards if they are going to do that! And to top it off the chicken amount was just sad. Am very disappointed with this location. I eat el pollo loco atleast 3 times a week I usually get a family meal but sinces I had the reward I decided to do the burrito and big mistake! Very sad el pollo loco!

I had added the app on my phone to get the free burrito for signing up big mistake I got no free burrito called someone to help me they couldn't do nothing about it so I just deleted the app from my phone fake advertisement I will not going back to el pollo loco again to bad I loved there food I also got no napkins no fork disapointed bad customer service
