Food was so horrible it was all old hard and dry. Chicken was dry you can tell it was from the day before because all the chicken out was being refried in the grill. No fresh chicken cooking . Worst part they turned off the soda machine as I was putting ice.

I want to clarify that I would eat Pollo Loco every day, but my comment is basically because I find it terrible that something is always missing in my food, I always buy at the Drive Thru, so after working 14 hours today and getting home and seeing that something missing from my food is very frustrating, I shop around 2 times a week and I definitely have to ask you to please be more careful.

Every time I order from them they don't give me the amount of avocado sauce, and the delivery person is constantly delivering to the wrong spot I think they're ripping people off on purpose.

It's not the same it was a couple fo years ago. You almost never get napkins or are offered any condiments or the green sauce that goes well with their food anymore. You're never offered the combo when you order the bowls, I forgot to ask for the drink, they don't offer you options anymore. I don't come here much anymore because of that, probably won't come back to this location. I'd rather drive 30mins for Pollo Loco from a decent restaurant in Henderson than go to this location that's actually walking distance.

Hello. I love Double tostada salad. Today I ordered 2 salsas with it. Girl at window went round and round about green vs red salsa. I clearly stated red please. I get home, NO salsa, no receipt, no napkins. Maybe she can spend more time learning job details, than applying rhinestones on her eyelids. LOL PS Some chicken was old, dry, burnt. Even my cat wouldn't eat it. I only order double to get the extras like avocado. Thank you. ?

I ordered the tostada salad. I have not been here for awhile. I was disappointed to see they have become half the size they used to be. I had about 1/2 cup of lettuce that's it! Almost all rice!What a shame. They used To be so good and decent size.Price has gone up and size down
