This place is up the street from where I work. I couldn't be happier for that. The food is delicious. The server is friendly. The location is convenient, ish. Main street is a one way. I've been here three times in the last 30 days. I had lunch there today and found out they serve breakfast which I'll be trying tomorrow.
Cozy hole-in-the-wall with a gorgeous dining room. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, but they had a skeleton crew working on a Friday night and we did wait a while. Maybe they were not expecting much because of all the road work right outside? I'm unsure, but there was only one waiter working during our visit. Decent Mexican food is served at El Sombrero, but it is a little pricey for what you receive. The food came out extremely fast. Almost suspicious how fast it came out!
