No one will deny that the food is very good but when paying they charge without consulting the tip and they don't even tell you how much the percentage they are charging is, the only thing the waitress says is that it is mandatory after a certain consumption.

And I have been to several Latin and American restaurants and they have never charged the tip without asking and I am not saying that it is wrong to leave a tip but charging you without asking seems disrespectful to me, considering that I went with my family and we asked that they be charged separately and as such 2 tips were charged because according to the waitress it is 'mandatory' and is included.
I expected to leave happy and satisfied with the food they served us but that was not the case.

First time here and tried the Pescado a lo Macho (Spicy) and it was better than expected. A giant fillet with squid, shrimp, and mussels. Along with a pitcher of Agua de Chicha was Delicious meal.
