Very bad customer service it seems that they don't care about their customers. Order some pupusas told me be ready in an hour. Went to pick up the order told me not ready yet will be a few more minutes waited 20 min ask again not ready. 3rd time not ready at the end almost 3 hours of waiting order was never done

Very bad customer service, I ordered pupusas, they told me that they would be ready in an hour, I said okay, when I arrived they told me to wait a little while, and I said okay, time passed and nothing, I told the girl that I was going to go to the store. I was coming back in 20 minutes, she said okay, when I came back they weren't ready, I paid for them and I told her I'll be back in a while, I'll come back in 15 minutes when I arrived she told me that she had already sold them because she said I was late... why did she sell them already? They were paid for it seemed so stupid that he would tell me that if the order was already paid whether it would take me long or not.

I placed an order for the special 15 pupusas for 20 barros and she told me to arrive on time one hour and she said that it is not ready yet. Everything is fine. I told her that I was going to go to the store and now I'm coming back and she said that it was fine and I told her that I was going to leave the pupusas paid for at once okay I came back and they are still not ready okay I go outside to wait in my car I return 10 minutes later and it comes out that they had to sell them because it took me too long and they can't let them cool down afterwards I already paid them, ask for my money back and I just left because the pupusas are cheap otherwise I will never return very bad service

I came in with my wife’s family, We were seated by the lady with the blonde hair she took our orders and then we waited for about an hour on our food i felt bed for the family who came before us and they waited the same amount of wait time and the food wasnt even that good that my family got sick after eating that

I decided to try this place, despite some negative reviews. When I arrived, the restaurant was busy. We were greeted as we waited by for a table to be cleaned quickly. Our order was taken within 5 minutes of sitting. Drinks came out within 5 minutes as well. The wait for the food was about 20 minutes. Food was hot, and fresh. It did lack in flavor. I waited to see if anyone would do a bite check, so that I can ask for some salt; but it never happened. I did ask for some to go boxes and cups for our drinks, which was tended to right away. Price was fair for a 3 person meal, with tons of leftovers. ($40) Will be back, if I'm in the area again.

Now I went to the restaurant, bad service for the raw corn tamales and that's how they were charging for them and we didn't even eat them. The glasses smelled like pinesol. More attention and more care is needed in the food. 4 years of going there and now everything turns out bad. I hope they try to improve blessings
