Nice pool..nice vibe..false advertising on their happy hour 50% off special.. Get up to the bar and they inform you that it's buy one get one free..that's not the same thing

The staff, especially the lifeguards, need to be reviewed as they are unfriendly and impolite. They kicked us out of the pool at 5:45 PM; honestly, they see customers only as money-makers. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was very good. I won't go back there again. I just want to point out that the lady with the towels was wonderful."

Most of the staff are incredibly rude. The woman who gives out the towels was the only nice person.

We booked a daybed and spent over $200 on food and beverages only to then be treated like an annoyance by the bartender. I liked that they allowed us to use the fee to reserve the daybed towards food and drinks. Our server was awesome and very attentive. The environment was awesome and great for young travelers to play games or hang out. However, I have to take a star off for the bartender. My husband wanted a soda and we’d paid for one as we closed our tab but never got it. So he went up to the bar to get it sorted out. We stood there for a while watching this bartender chase off person after person so that he wouldn’t actually have to do anything. The kitchen was closing in an hour, so one man couldn’t order food (not sure how that made any sense at all); the young girls trying to get some lunch were under 21 so they couldn’t be there (but no other solution was offered to them); and then finally my husband was acknowledged and then refused. He was told to take it up with our server who was nowhere around and that the bartender couldn’t help us. He didn’t offer to find our server for us or even suggest where she might be at all. It was obvious that he wanted to leave (despite it being 3 pm and they were supposed to be open until 5 pm) and he could’ve cared less about doing his job well. We won’t be back. While it seems so minor, there are so many other places we can take our money and get staff who at least pretend to care. It’s a shame, because our server really was great and the prices were almost reasonable- which is saying something in Vegas.

The cocktails were pretty decent, good beer selection, lively music and the servers were top-notch. I will definitely make this a part of my visit the next time I visit.

this pool is family friendly. There were several games available on the pool deck. Multiple lifeguards were on duty. The pool was spacious. The waitress was quick and right there when new drinks were needed.

Lifeguards where in their own world talking to friends they looked bothered when i asked where the towels whereI will never stay here again
Had a awesome time at the Stratosphere elation pool. Relaxing for the day!
