The bartender was great. We asked him to surprise us with a delicious drink and it was amazing!

All the other reviews for this lounge are true. Went there on a Saturday night (staying at the Venetian). Security at the door very adamant about not bringing in a bottle of water that were just given on the casino floor. Hosts are very aggressive and forward with telling you there’s a 200.00 minimum and they will
Need a credit card and license right then. We haven’t even sat down yet. We sit down get a few cocktails. They are fine. Ordered a bottle of regular water which is ~12oz of no brand water for 8.00. We paid and left. Overall it was just okay but you really don’t get the impression their priority is service, the experience, or creating a relaxing environment to have a cocktail. With the prices of drinks in casinos spending 200.00 is not really that hard. We are willing to spend the money for a great experience but here it was clear all they want is you to order pay and leave. I would skip this one and go to one of the many other bars at the Venetian where you feel valued to spend your time and money.

The atmosphere might look good from the outside but the food and the service is really bad. We called the server maybe 10-15 times still she wasn’t responding and helping us.

Went here for a drink Sunday afternoon. It was pretty dead maybe 25 people total? We took 2 seats at the bar, and each had a rather light pour of Crown Royal. Decided we'd go elsewhere, and got our tab. $52 for 2 shots of whiskey. (The menu says they're $15)
Thought about asking Kyle(?) about it, thought better of it when I noticed the bouncer harassing some of the guests that were leaving.
They must have had an even better experience than us, they left like $250 in drinks on the hostess' desk in disgust.

I’ve been to this club twice and the DJ’s are great, however the manager kicked us out for sitting on one of the sofas after dancing and hyping up the patrons for several hours. The DJ’s and staff are great, but what kind of manager asks someone to leave for sitting on a couch? She sent a security guard to our table to say it’s time to leave?! Rude! After we walked out several patrons left in support. 🤷🏼♂️ I guess make sure you don’t have fun or you’ll be asked to leave.

They charged whatever they wanted not giving a damn about the price on the menu, not recommended.

In the catalog the shots costed 15 and the barman asked 26 for each cocktail

Minimum 400$ spend for UFC, ordered wine that was 75$ more expensive than the menu & when questioned server told us it was “dynamic pricing” & when showed the menu she then offered to fix the bill. Gratuity included of 20% & asked for another tip on top of that along with a 25$ “venue charge”which we haven’t seen anywhere else. Beware of this place and double check your bills. Explains why it was the only place on the strip not booked out for the UFC. Disappointing.

Super accommodating! They saved my skin b/c I booked a table for the wrong day and they were full. This was a client get together and it would have been a disaster if they didn't find a way to get us in. Thank you!!!

This place is a pure and simple scam. Overpriced, hidden fees, you end up paying $40 for a basic cocktail. Ridiculous. Glad we bankrupt the casino that night.

Great spot to enjoy your time with friends and colleagues. Met an old friend last time there. Allison was a our host and was amazingly friendly and offered us many options of drinks to fit our mood. She even helped us start a conversation with the table next door. Thanks Allison for making us feel at home. We all danced and had a great time. Until next time!

Husband and I did our first Vegas trip and decided to check this place out. Allie was our waitress and made the recommendation for the lemon drop martini, it was better than I expected. She was prompt and professional with our service but also very fun. If we come back to Las Vegas we will definitely be returning and requesting the same cute waitress ;)

Recommended by the concierge of our hotel. Immediately take ID and credit card which they hold onto. Cocktails were awful compared to other bars we’ve been to. When complaining staff go from being over friendly to threatening. Really strange behaviour. $8 per small bottle of water! Prices on the menu not transparent. And a lovely extra “venue fee” just for the privilege of sitting in this dive! Place was empty. Unsurprisingly.

Similar review to many others, and second bad experience in a row. Chalked up the first one to a rogue security person and server...but no. Consistent second experience. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff and security. Demanded we move, and bumped into several people in our group to force us to relocate. Our bill had extra charges, including $7 for small bottles of water we did not request. Overall terrible experience, and so disappointing for the Palazzo and Venetian.

We were here at the New Year’s and the vibe was good. The place is expensive but turned out to be worth the money spent.
