First visit the food was fantastic. Second visit waited 1.5 hours and couldn't get food. Preferred to keep me at black jack instead though taking 2k helped ease my pain.

We went there for my husband’s birthday.
You had to walk a long ways to get back to where the café was there’s construction all over the place and it’s a far walk. If you can’t walk, you need to go around to the back. They have handicap spots back there. We didn’t know that until we walk through there Anyways.
We went to have barbecue because that’s what my Husband wanted for his birthday.

The barbecue used to be really really good but now it’s gone downhill. It’s OK it’s not that great. The service is all right, but they were very busy and she didn’t have the time to make sure everything was OK. When we got home, my husband got very sick. He had chicken and ribs. All I had was the ribs. I think something was wrong with the chicken. What a nice thing to do is get sick on your birthday. We won’t be eating at Ellis Island again. I think they change cooks, the food isn’t as good as it was before in fact, it’s not good at all. And for the price, it should’ve been good.

We came here during their happy hour from 4-7 and got 50% off a great meal. The place was a little grungy but not bad overall

The pork belly bites were fabulous but skip the flavorless elotes.

Karaoke was terrible. The host doesn’t know how to run a karaoke show. I recommend every other venue in Las Vegas BESIDES this one. 0 stars.

Lovely meal at affordable prices in Las Vegas. Would recommend the chilli soup and the shepherds pie. Fish and chips also amazing. Staff very friendly. Daily specials very good value and good selection of wine.

Very good. We had a 25 minute wait at 7 PM on a Tuesday night. They do take reservations and would encourage that. They will tell you how long you have to wait and then you can go to the casino and they'll text you when your table is ready. The food was good, reasonably priced andthe service was quick. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Five stars.

The reason for only one star for the absolute best ribs in town is simple. The seat I used to sit at in the restaurant is now a slot machine. Yes they closed it. And don't be fooled by the signs that the ribs are available at the Village Pub. They are not the same ribs, They are baked not cooked over an open flame. THEY ARE DISGUSTING.

This is the nastiest bbq I ever consumed. The beans were hideous like that sauce was gross omg and the chicken had zero seasoning and was so dry! What a disgrace

They serve a very generous portion (actually huge portion) of very yummy BBQ. I don't think it's meant for 1 person only. But if you share it with someone else, they do charge you an extra $5. So go there with an empty stomach or when you are really hungry that you can eat a horse. The BBQ chicken was only OK, so I recommend only get the baby back rib.

Great BBQ for the price. Large portions, enough for two meals with chicken/rib combo. Get a players card to save $3 / person. Actually, it was my best meal during our vegas trip. Local favorite as well if that tells you anything. Recommend!

Probably the best BBQ ribs in Las Vegas. Don’t let the place’s appearance discourage you; the food is excellent.

had to visit this restaurant in the only locally owned casino in Las Vegas. Food was good, plentiful and not too expensive. Our server was very friendly and cordial. We got our food pretty quick. It was a huge portion. Come try it out, you'll see all their "Best of Vegas" plaques as this place is a local favorite

I had the Full Rack Baby Back Ribs.

Great Ribs at a great price.

Be careful this place is hard to find. People get this place mixed up with the "Village Pub & Cafe". I uploaded the entrance to make it easier to find.
