I found this food truck while visiting a farmers market in Henderson.The empanadas were good and very flavorful. They were seasoned well and contained a variety of ingredients.They offer Chicken, Beef, Cheese & Veggie empanadas. I recommend the chicken and Beef empanadas. With that, I did find the dough to thick and the size of the empanada small.I’ve had other Argentinian empanadas in the past from various authentic establishments and found the dough to be much thinner and the empanadas a bit larger, which, is what I prefer.

This was the first ever empanada I have eaten and it was delicious. I had the beef empanada with their sauce and it was very flavorful. The only mistake I made was not ordering more!
