Took 20 minutes to get a waiter (they were not at full capacity ) 90 minutes to get food... which was poorly cooked, wrong orders and even uncooked vegetables. No idea how this place had good reviews, but never again.

Service was amazing! The two gentleman that were there had extensive knowledge of the menu and made us feel welcomed and acknowledged. Continued to check on not only our table but every table perfectly. The food was good, the mashed potatoes needed seasoning, the pork chop was excellent and the steak was perfect. The mushrooms were good and the Brussels were cooked perfectly. With the pork chop I was searching for some spice to cut the sweetness of the maple glaze, and the dessert was fantastic! Loved the lemon on lemon play with the oats. Definitely A1. All in all I'd come back again for dinner.

Food is actually not good. No flavor, steak ordered medium rare and served well done, veggies on side of steak were roasted but COLD and dry clearly cooked this morning. Unfortunate but this has been my experience twice. It's a nice restaurant but not worth it and I leave this review in hopes they can improve.

The best thing they're was the lobster bisque and all the sides. We also had the scallop risotto and the ribeye and it was ok. Our waiters were fantastic! They need a raise! Thank you

It was a Monday but the hotel was still pretty busy, as was the restaurant. I have dined at this steak restaurant at least 8 times over the past 10 years and this was not the best meal. They have changed the menu quite a bit so we were somewhat limited in our steak and sides choices. Everything is ala carte. The service was good and the steaks did have good flavor. I guess we had high expectations from past visits and were somewhat disappointed overall.

it was a nice diner with my family. we try lot of appetizers, and after the scallop's risotto and some meats. everything was cook perfectly and we can feel the European touch for the lobster bisque. we will come again to try the new restaurant

I never order steak but this time I ordered the filet. Omgoodness it was delicious and perfect!! My husband had a steak too and it was equally as good. We ordered two sides asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. They were both fantastic. We are discussing when we are going to go again. We went at 5:00 pm when they opened and the service was superb. We were going to a show at 8 pm so wanted to ensure we had time to get ready. Stop at the bar outside the steakhouse and see Jewel the bartender. She makes an amazing old fashioned. Can't wait to go back.

went for a business lunch and made a reservation. We were seated close to on time but service took a very long time. Food was just OK from a very limited menu. And while the place was not full it was still really loud.

The food is bland. Took 1 hour to serve us when all they do is microwave the food. The menu doesn’t have great options and the food does not look appealing. They need a revamp with the cooks In the back and food

This review is for breakfast. Adela was our server. Simply amazing. Super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great and started with a smile. Give Adela a raise.

From the time we sat, it took 20 minutes for someone to even fill our water glasses. Finally ordered food. Sat for an hour after being sat before the salads came, then finally food. We were there an 1.5 hours in total and not sure who our server was because we had everyone at our table while other tables had 1 server. And we had reservations

The five-star reviews I read are, given my two experiences this week, nothing short of fictitious or aspirational. My salmon dinner over baby carrots had two serious faults -- overcooked salmon and carrots so undercooked they couldn't be cut with a knife (really!), not to mention they seemed soaked in pancake syrup. On another night, the server was overwhelmed, apparently, by a problem at one of the three or four other tables (yup, that's right -- dead, dead!) with guests that he forgot about me -- for more than 15 or 20 minutes after he'd taken my wine glass for a refill. What an utter waste of a lovely, if overly tame, space is Envy! Not worth a third visit unless things change significantly.

Envy is one of those "off Strip" gems. Service was relaxed yet the best in a long time. I ordered the fillet mignon, and it was cooked exactly as I ordered it. So often I have to explain cooking a steak "Pittsburgh", but they understood exactly how I wanted it prepared.
