Worst tasting Gelato ever. I tried Pistachio and the fake flavor was so overpowering. If you’re charging $10 for a Gelato, at least use some real Pistachio. Absolutely worst.
Coffee was good. I tried the caramel tazzina and it surprisingly was amazing.
What’s to like about this place? The C health rating alone should be enough to make anyone second-guess stopping here, but unfortunately, the experience gets worse from there. It’s clear that the employees either don’t care or are completely disengaged. I didn’t expect exceptional service, but a little effort wouldn’t hurt.
Not to mention, there are no samples allowed, which is honestly a basic part of many places like this. And to top it off, the payment machine went down while I was at the counter. I was then sent to the other side to pay, only to have to come back once it was working again—what a waste of time. Oh, and in all of this confusion, I was skipped in line while others were served ahead of me. Not to mention the credit card fee in the digital world that we live in.
Waterfall cafe is so much better and it’s only a 1 minute walk away
We were in the store for a quick espresso on April 6 Sun around 3pm. The cashier who took our order was very mean and rude to say the least. She was racially profiling us and gave us an attitude and made nasty comments. We found that this is particularly ridiculous because she appeared to be a racially diverse, non-Caucasian individual as well. If this store keeps hiring people like her without emphasizing the importance of excellent customer service, this store will be going out of business very soon. And with the numerous subpar Google reviews, it looks like we were not the one suffering from this terrible experience.
Bad service. Cashier lady has no patience, not willing to answer customers questions.
This café was in a convenient location near the convention, which was a plus — but unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end.
The place was incredibly expensive for what you get. The affogato was tiny, the iced lattes were forgettable, and the sandwiches came with ridiculously salty chips — clearly designed to make you thirsty. But when you go to ask for water? No tap offered, only overpriced bottled water.
The service was underwhelming, and overall it felt like a typical Vegas-style grift — all style, no substance, and aimed at squeezing every extra dollar they can. Definitely wouldn’t return.
The coffee tastes like absolutely nothing. I don’t know how they have the illy name - it’s a scam. No way they are serving the same as real locations. Avoid. Waste of money.
A+ customer service, ice cream was great, and the prices were fair (considering our area haha
Worst illy cafe ever. Rude service, overpriced ice cream. We trying to get a cup of tap water but rudely refused. Save your time and avoid this place.
Service was TERRIBLE
They only gave us 1 of our 2 coffees… we waited patiently for 10 minutes to see if they brought it out… they didn’t, then we stood at the counter for 10 minutes as the guy walked past never making eye contact. He ignored us the whole time. Finally got our second coffee
And a simple sand which took 20-30 minutes to get and there was only one person ahead of us and it came with all the last crumbs from the lays potato chip bag.

Frappe was half foam didn't know what it was when I asked and was on the menu
The savory crepe was alright and the price was to be expected in a place like this.
What made me upset was when I asked for a cup of water. They said they don’t offer cups of water, and a bottle would cost $5. Every cafe has tap water they can offer. Only selling bottles at an insane price is nothing more than a scummy tactic to siphon off more money from the already paying customer.
great lil breakfast spot! i visited here twice last week while staying at the venetian hotel. i loved loved loved their hot chai with almond milk and vanilla! food wise, the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was pretty good. i wasn't impressed with their avocado toast.
Stole our stuff as well as served melted gelato
