Coffee was decent and food was so-so. It's a cafe so limited menu and the guy working the register was not really up on customer service. Messed up our order and then we had to pay for his mistake. They could definitely do a little better

The ice cream is good and all but the workers are rude and not polite they don't even look at you at all when u talk and when u go pay after you put your card in they walk away and don't even say have a good day. I don't recommend.

Asked for an extra cup because I wanted to share my cappuccino with my husband late night but was a bit under the weather and they wanted to charge me $1.50 for the cup. RIDICULOUS! I hate businesses that do this especially when everything is already overpriced. Bought the gelato and it's overpriced too, no wonder this place is not rated well.

I took a hazelnut ice cream and it tastes stale and bad. When we asked them, the lady working there replies, she knews it and that is why, they donot provide samples. Please donot buy it

When walking through the Venetian on 3/7/24, I decided to have an iced cold brew coffee and a gelato. I thought the coffee was delicious, tasting far better than Starbucks. The vanilla gelato was extremely tasty as well. It was quite creamy with a strong vanilla flavor to it. I enjoy the taste of vanilla quite a bit, so high quality vanilla ice cream is delicious. I got my two items very fast, making the service good. The cafe was a little shop within the large mall of the Venetian Hotel. However, I did pay an expensive price of $15 for the iced coffee and gelato.
Today we stopped in to get some ice cream. The presentation was super cool and they had so many different flavors to choose from. The employees were very nice and got the food out super quick. This is a great place to stop into!

One star because the gelato is good but the woman that was behind the counter was rude and patently didn't tell anyone that we Had already paid for our order which lead tu us waiting far longer than necessary while they served others that were behind us in line and when we brought it up to the other staff we had to pay fist a couple of times until one of the guys actually took the time to look at the receipt and made our order, no apologies were issued.

I know Illy coffee espresso is alright. Just wanted to get something refreshing so tried out their Gelato.For small size it's $7. expect to pay some moneh here due to their convenience inside of the Venetian.

One of the main reasons I stay at the Venetian is to have the ability to wake up every morning and walk to get a fresh cup of Illy coffee. It's the best around. The menu has a bunch of different options (may have to Google half of them, but it's worth seeing the different types of coffees they can create). My go to coffees are always the good ol drip, the mocha and my new favorite after a very long night plus daylight savings time change was the red eye - drip coffee with a shot of expresso. The shot added a nice rich boost of flavor to the coffee.. Everything comes out really quickly. They have a little bar area where you can mix in different sugars and fresh milk or half and half. Also the price is right! Probably one of the few places we go to that actually costs less then 10-15 dollars. Be prepared though, vegas is expensive but worth it. I heart you Illy forever!
