If you are ever in Las Vegas, an absolute must restaurant is Esther’s Kitchen. When you make your reservation, be sure to ask for your server to be Josh! He will make sure you have a 5 Star experience! I give Josh 10 stars!! And the food is outstanding! So very good!
 Food is always tremendous. The pastas are amazing. Pizza is amazing. When you get the butterscotch brudino, ask for extra crunchies. The Brulé cheesecake comes with a very tart rhubarb and smoky cherry. Somewhat conflicting. Consider getting it without this. Easy to eat the cheesecake without the rhubarb and smoky cherry, it's well partitioned on the sides. 
Food was excellent. Atmosphere was great. The pivot downside was the wait on your food. It was moderately busy when we three, but over 30 minutes for a Caesar salad is long. Almost an hour for a chicken sandwich. Also too long a wait
