First of all, the people working here and the service is excellent so it has nothing to do with the ambiance and service. We were told by countless people we had to go here and try this place as its the best. Highly disappointed in the food, we ate at other places here and found it so much better. That being said, the ambiance is amazing and its probably much better with a large group so you can get a large fish and also try a lot of things. The highly recommended greek salad was just way too chunky and huge pieces of tomato. It was so expensive and disappointing. The appetizers were ok. The octopus dish was our favorite. I think for the price, the food was just OK. The place is a really beautiful restaurant tho! And the service is phenomenal.

The appearance of this restaurant is very nice but nothing special. But this is was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. We’re dressed very nice when we went to this restaurant, so it wasn’t our appearance. But the waitstaff treated us like trash. It took at least 15 minutes to get water, our waiter then never bothered to refill it despite it being empty for more than half of our meal. Even when we tried to get service from him, we were completely ignored despite the fact that he was standing around doing nothing. The food was mediocre, I genuinely could’ve gotten better seafood from the freezer section at the grocery store. Don’t waist your time or money here.

It has lost its winning edge.
We used to love love love dining here. The space is still gorgeous - soothing and bright and full of lovely flowers (this iteration is even better than it was when it was in the Cosmopolitan, aesthetic-wise) But good golly the service is atrocious. One member of our party had a food allergy. Our waiter, upon presenting the amuse bouche (containing the allergen) said, “Oh you can just take off the xx”
Then he proceeded to serve us, but he never made eye contact. You know that snotty “friend” who’s always looking over your shoulder for someone better to talk to at the party? That was our server. He was the absolute worst. Disinterested. Slow. No attention to detail. And he made horrible suggestions as if he didn’t even listen to our preferences. We said nothing fried; he suggested the sardines - they were fried.
The food was mediocre. Not to the standard we remember from our several previous visits. The octopus starter was good. The whole fish (snapper) was just okay. But the horrible service made it a terrible terrible night. And our friends, who had never dined there, certainly think we’re crazy for saying we LOVE Milo’s. They need to get back to the excellence they were a couple years ago. And get rid of that horrible server!

Exquisite fine dining in a light, modern and airy space. I hosted a corporate event with Milos and will be using them again. The staff are exceptional. The event was so well run. The food was impeccably presented and a taste sensation in every bite. The Chef is an award winning super star,

Fresh, healthy, Mediterranean food. Vegetable and fresh fish on display. I’ve been to the Greek isles - the food, flavor and quality is on par. It’s white table cloth service, so a bit more upscale, but there is full service dining at the bar. Note: they don’t serve full menu food from 3-5pm. Located inside Venetian / Palazzo next to Delmonico.

The Milo special was excellent, as well as our steaks(ribeye and fillet), and the baclava cheesecake. Service was top notch. Great options if you have multiple fish eaters in your party.

Finally my wife and have found a fabulous Mediterranean (Greek) restaurant.
Delicious food and fantastic staff.
Believe me we know something about Mediterranean cuisine ( we both are from Spain and we both love cooking).
Luis Peña and Kevin took care of us AAA
Hardly recommend .

The atmosphere is really good and the service is phenomenal! The tomato flavor in the lobster pasta is amazing, it's sour so you won't get bored. The fish, a must to order!
But, I would say the greek yogurt, the syrup can be lesser since the mandarin is sweet enough and with the syrup, you can't really taste the original yogurt. I would say add the syrup on the side and only the mandarin on top of the yogurt.

Had reservations for 2:45 pm, received a text saying lunch reservations end at 3:00 pm. We walked in at 2:58 and was told we would no longer be able to sit and have lunch and could only do the raw food bar. Tons of tables open and not many people in at all. Wouldn’t recommend 👎🏼

I typically spend about two weeks each month on property with my wife, and we've consistently had positive experiences—service has always been excellent, and we've had no complaints. However, our recent lunch at Milos was a notable exception and unfortunately left us both very disappointed.

After we sat down, the bartender, Juan, approached and asked if we needed menus. We said yes, and he then offered still or sparkling water. I requested still water, and my wife politely declined any water. Despite this, he brought a glass bottle of Evian and poured me a glass.

While talking privately, my wife remarked that she didn’t realize Evian came in glass bottles. Moments later, the bartender brought her a tall glass of tap water, set it in front of her, then abruptly took it back, poured it into a clear plastic cup, and placed that in front of her—without saying a word.

When he returned, we asked why she was given tap water in a plastic cup. He responded that he overheard our conversation and assumed she liked plastic. This left us both shocked and unsettled. Not only was it incredibly intrusive for him to eavesdrop on our private conversation, but it was also disrespectful to act on that assumption without asking or clarifying. And if he truly believed she preferred plastic, why would he not have poured the same Evian water he served me?

The entire exchange felt dismissive and inappropriate. It’s a disappointing reflection on a place we've otherwise respected and enjoyed. We hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure guests are treated with attentiveness and respect—not assumptions and eavesdropping. We ended up paying for the bottle of Evian we didn't drink and leaving now questions asked.
