This place rocks. My friend recommended this place to me so I tried it out. They gave me the wrong pizza so I called them hoping maybe for a partial refund or something since the place was closing. He refunded me, made me the pizza I ordered the next day, and gave me a free Canoli. It was so sweet, they totally didn't have to do that. Anyway, the pizza is amazing. The crust is top notch. Definitely a do over!

Absolutely disappointing. I placed an order expecting the 20-25 minute delivery they promised—nearly 2 hours later, the pizza finally arrived, lukewarm and unimpressive. No update, no apology, nothing. The food itself was just average, and not worth the wait. If you’re hungry and value your time (or taste buds), look elsewhere.

I have called in twice within a few months to order my usual order. Twice now the person answer f the phone has been either me tally challenged or completely unable to take my order effectively. It's as if I'm speaking in tongues. I have been a longtime and loyal customee but this is just the limit. It's Grimaldis from now on. You've lost a high paying (out typical order was at least $60+) customer for life.

I used to love this place. Ordered from here at least twice a month for the past few years. I’m not sure what happened in the past couple months but the service and the food quality has really fallen off. My last order took over 1 1/2 hours to prepare. Order placed at 5:32PM. The app said it’d be ready at 6:02PM. I finally got my pizza at 7:13PM! Unacceptable.
When I finally received the pizza, it was incorrect. It had half pepperoni when I paid for full pepperoni. Showed email proving what I paid for but they said it didn’t match their system. There was no offer to make it right and no offer of compensation. Ridiculous!
I’ll be looking for another local spot to support.

Did not eat here. Came here to pick up a delivery and was told is going to take 3 more minutes. After 15 minutes, I have asked again and been told 5 more minutes. When asked why they lie instead of telling me 20 minutes, they became rude and started yelling at me. Totally not the appropriate customer service and bossy attitude.
