The food was decent. The service was terrible. They did tell us that they were short waitstaff, which we understood and expected it would be slow service, but then they messed up multiple items on the order, failed to provide drink refills even when requested several times, and completely forgot to bring out two food items ordered until the very end which they put in a to-go box. Really bad experience for the $140.00 spent. I would try it again because the food was good, but even with insufficient waitstaff you should get the orders correct. Slow service is not a deal breaker, incorrect service is.

Debra was an excellent host and polite and very informative about the menu, making us out of towners feel right at home! The food was excellent!

Kelly is the best waitress there we always ask for her she is friendly and fast at her job

Did a pickup catering for small group. Food was dry and they tried to upsell on cost based on price online saying price is thru a 3rd party but different at the store even tho it is famous daves website. Recommend going to rollin smoke.

The food was a bit disappointing. The corn was very watery. You could tell it had just been sitting in water. No butter or salt. The green beans were dry and rubbery. I had to send them back. The ribs were just ok and the chicken was good. No it’s no Famous Dave in Nashville but they could really use a Soul Food cook. If I was retired I could help them rock this place.

Burnt ends were alright, but the catfish, fries, corn muffin, BBQ sauce were all great. Server was nice and attentive.
