Husband enjoyed his clucketos; however, my clucker was dry and lukewarm (i.e. not fresh) and even though I was asked if I wanted the miracle whip and cranberry I only got cranberry. I also asked fur extra seasoning on the fries and instead they had NONE and were lukewarm as well. I worked at Farm Basket as my first job and loved it but this second visit was disappointing as well.

Ordered online, chicken sandwich was slightly pink,gravy was bland and mashed potatoes tasted sour, fries cold but I won’t lie the tea is bomb.

Order missing items. SOGGY CHICKEN! So much for extra crispy. Fries even worse. I've had spaghetti crispier than these "crispy fries". Mashed potatoes wouldn't be so bad if the gravy had ANY flavor. Get better chicken at Albertsons for 1/3 of the price and you won't be missing part of your order.

We love Farm Basket! The woman who takes the orders has been very kind and welcoming to us and our kids. My husband got the 3 piece fried chicken meal. He loves the breading and how juicy the chicken is. I got the 5 piece chicken finger meal and it's enough for me and my 3 year old to share even though he got his own meal. The garlic parmesan sauce is the best!!! It's better to eat inside the restaurant..its so fresh and hot. The fries are absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned!
Went there today to get some chicken and sandwiches. I went in and stood there for atleast 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. It took another 5 min for the lady to take my order, unfortunately when I ordered an 8 piece chicken I was told it would be a 20 min wait. Also there was only 1 other person there and they already had their food. I ended up leaving and going to another chicken place that actually had chicken cooked. I was really excited that this location opened up because I love farm basket but I don't believe I will visit this location again anytime soon.

Food was good and most of the time it is. Definitely an issue with customer service though. Only one worker really stuck out for sure. She was the female at the drive thru register around 5:30-6:00 pm on September 22nd. She glared and didn't answer the question we asked her. Just one more thing the menu board skips through to the next too fast causing me to rush to read the menu. Chicken and turkey was bomb!!! Thank you

The food was ok. I had the Turkey dinner. Fried Turkey breast with mashed potatoes on top with brown gravy, a side of Cole slaw and a dinner roll. A drink didn't come with it, had to order it on the side. A little more seasoning would've been better. The customer service was great though. For it to be a fast food place, I wasn't expecting them to bring me my food to my table. Thank you so much for that!

How is this rated low? This place is f***in good. The chicken was amazing, the sauces were really good. I prefer it over Rasing Canes, except their main sauce is better. They had a variety of things and also the option of turkey. I didn't have high hopes of it but was pleasantly surprised.

Very pleased with my order I asked for chicken sandwich that wasn't crispy as I don't like it crispy same with the fries. The size of the chicken was HUGE and adding the cranberry sauce gave the flavor a wonder distinct taste.The price is reasonable and the establishment is very clean.service was at the counter however they brought me my food. Best chicken and Turkey sandwich in Las Vegas. They have two locations now, Charleston and jones and now Nellis and Sahara. I hope they do well and open more restaurants.

Food is great. It's always dead when we go though, I hope they don't close due to slow business. The country rolls are a must!
Tasty chicken and mashed potatoes in the lunch special. Staff were friendly and everything was reasonably priced. We will be returning.
I had the best service, and food was delicious. My kids love it, I guess we are going again for sure.
