Hungry for dinner and decided to hit up FB, which I remember having good food when I ate it years ago. Came here last night around 7:45. Ordered a burger combo from the drive thru. Once I got to the drive thru and paid up, I received my drink and was told to wait in parking spot 2. Well, after waiting for nearly an hour I went inside and waited another 15-20 to be greeted. I asked where my order was, as I had been waiting and saw other peoples orders go before mine. Saw her print out the ticket and give it to the cook right then and there, and she came back to me and said they were still making it? Were they making a burger and fries for over hour? Or did the employees just forget they had a customer in parking spot 2 waiting for someone to bring their order? At this point I asked for a refund because of how shockingly bad the service was - the girl did seem to feel bad and asked if I wanted the food too, but I didn't know if I'd be waiting another 3 years for my order. Decided it was best to just give up and take my money elsewhere. My refund was processed at 9:20. It really seems like if I stayed in my car, AS THEY INSTRUCTED, that my order would've been forgotten about anyway. Who knows how long they were going to make me sit there - til closing? I've worked in the food industry before, and I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt (they're busy, fresh food takes longer to cook, etc.) If you are reading this review, don't waste your time going here. Pathetic service.

Took 35 minutes at drive thru. Do not go here unless you have a extra 30 to 40 minutes to wait for a order

I have absolutely zero complaints with my visit to Farmer Boys. The service was good and the prep time was relatively fast considering its Farmer Boys and everything is made to order. As far as the food, everything was tasty. From the colossal onion rings, french fries, cheeseburger, chicken tenders and Texas toast, the natural burger as well as the two cobb salads.

2nd time I have had dissatisfactory food served to me noticed when i got home the rings were burnt and who wants to go back to the restaurant to complain. i am sure Farmer Bros reply on this fact because i am sure the cook knew these shouldn't be sent out.

Disappointed. Food was good but trying to eat and cut meat with plastic is ridiculous. With the high prices they charge you would think they could be better equipped.
I've been going to Farmer Boys since the first location opened on Craig about 15 years ago . I always enjoy Pastrami, Onion Rings and Dr Pepper. Today at this location I decided to stop by and enjoy the same . I hate to say this but...... Dr Pepper out of service ( no syrup ? ) Onion rings had odd odor and aftertaste. Pastrami had definitely different flavor ( NOT good flavor) and was a few degrees above cold . Staff was polite and service was quick . But for $23 and change I expect at least two out of three items to be close to perfect. I'll chalk it up to an ' off day ' edit : upon further reflection. I've only had less than good experiences at this specific location . The other locations I've never had bad experiences with the food . Perhaps it's really only worthy of 1 star .

Great experience except for one issue. When we tried to order the order taker explained to us twice that the breakfast platters weren't available. You could get a breakfast burrito or other options. So we ordered a hamburger and a chicken avocado sandwich only to find two breakfast platters being served to others as we sat down at our table.

Hey, how nice they are stealing with the prices, I ordered an SD CHK AVO CMB $. 16.09 plus tax and page 17 and fair and that it came with a 2 dollar discount no mmn I took out the account and you pay the same with the 2 dlls coupon don't be rats and abusive xees

They lost my pick up order ticket, which was scheduled to be ready by 5:17 pm. I was instructed by the snarky little girl at the window to pull around front and they would bring it out in 10-15 minutes. I sat in my car until 6 pm waiting for them to bring it out, no one ever came out. The manager was more concerned about a phone order than helping me at the register when I walked in. A nice gentleman tried to assist me, but was scolded and told to take orders. After waiting over an hour my order wasn’t even correct. I was missing French fries, chicken was fried instead of grilled and missing condiments for the salad. Avoid this location and go to another one, this one is a joke!
