Do not get food here. This is my second time ordering the 3pc Chicken strip box and the food was BURNT, STALE, N HARD! The first time I had brought my food home and the chicken strips were very BURNT n HARD. The French fries were stale. Today I went because I thought maybe the first time it was an accident but nope it seems too be an ongoing issue. I ordered the same thing but checked my food right away before leaving the drive thru n told them to give me a refund. The chicken strips were very hard n burnt again. I told the worker this was the second time this happens why does it seem too be an on going issue. The worker stated that they try to leave the chicken strips for 3 minutes if not the chicken strips would be undercooked.

Imagine spending $16.46 for food and receiving stale fries with your meal and a over cooked beef patty....welp that was my reality. Such a wasted money and time! Went to get it corrected to be met with resistance and a attitude for asking for the food to be made fresh like advertised. Memo to self check food before I pull off or just don't spend my money there!

They always make my food. Just how I order it Good place to go.
Horrible customer service. I pull up to the drive-thru (im the only one in line) and I order my food. After paying I was asked to park in front because the food wasn't ready. Before I pulled away I clearly asked "Could I get some ketchup and ranch, please." The cashier (who I believed to be a manger or assistant manager) acknowledges me. 15min later a worker comes out and finally brings my food. Guess what was missing in the bag???
Shocking!!! She forgot the ketchup and ranch. I would not have posted this if it was the first time.. no this is the 3rd time in two weeks at the same location. Each time I go there the staff is overwhelmed yet there isn't even anyone in the drive thru or the resturant. Parking lot has like 3 cars and yet they can't get a simple order correct??
I'm sorry, but this place is not worth the time or value. $30+ for two people to eat a burger, fry and drink is ludacris. Then to not even get the order correct to begin with... plus the 15min wait... Save your money and go else where!!

The onion rings were so hard crispy the batter just broke off ,the onions were hard and rubbery,5.98 for 4 onion rings was way out of line,hamburgers were not tasty like usual

First time visiting a Farmer's Boy restaurant and I have to say I am very impressed. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely eat here again. The menu was full of choices.
