Unique sandwich options that I have never seen all together in a single sandwich. But, at a unique spot like this, I had to try it, and it was really good!

Great customer service, good food but the place is filthy dirty. Tables/napkin holders/seats/highchairs were so sticky and filthy- hadn't been wiped down at all in what looked and felt like months. Had to use baby wipes to clean our section especiallythe babies high chairs. The employees all looked like they just rolled out of bed without bathing and their clothing were filthy dirty as if they re- wore them all week without washing. The bathroom was horrendous-I was so disappointed in how disgusting the place was inside. THE ONLY REASON why I ate there was because we had been on the road for 5 hours (passing thru) and were all starving. I also was the only one in my party of 8 that wanted to back out since we had all already ordered and paid for the food (walk-up ordering system). The food was surprisingly good despite me thinking the entire time that they most likely don't change out the oil regularly. The customer service of one of the guys was absolutely AMAZING! Despite his filthy clothing and disheveled appearance... he had the best customer service that I've experienced in a while!!!

To start the server Jay was really really cool the atmosphere was nice the food wasn't all that great. The only reason that I went there is because I follow Demetria obilor and she highly recommended it. After being there I found out that she's friends with the owner so that's why the reviews were so good.

Fat Shack never disappoints in person or delivery! Food is always hot out the kitchen and delicious. The wings and onion rings are my favorite and their sauces are amazing! Wonderful staff and good vibes.

The food was good, but the guys working are what made it 5 stars. We went last night and man, it was hot, it was stuffy inside, but the guys were extremely friendly, so helpful, and just seemed like happy and chill people. When they brought us our food, they offered additional sauces. We ordered the funnel cake bites and they made them so they would arrive after we finished our sandwiches so they would be fresh. They were almost too fresh because we had to wait for them to cool. Probably better service here than any fancy Vegas restaurant you could go to. The food was tasty, but the service was the most impressive part.
They completely changed our moods around after dealing with the hell that is Fox Rental Car. Don't go there, but if you do, come here afterwards and get the funnel cake bites.
First time trying fat shack everything came out nice and hot the way I like. Will come back and definitely recommend. Me and my son here in vegas for basketball tournament good vibes.les was a good guy great customer service rocks. I had the triple by itself i can't complain very satisfied.

The owner Les was very nice and welcoming. Our cheeseburgers were good but the French Fries were really delicious— hot, fresh, and crispy. It was our first visit and we will be sure to return.

Not knowing the owner (Deebo) was taking our order, he was very nice and explained to us what was popular on the menu after asking what the best sellers are. Everything sounds delicious, he sold me on the Shack and my wife had the Jersey, my son had the classic burger and we ordered fried pickles and cheese fries. Deebo brought out are food and was very friendly and then we talked and he introduced himself as an owner, very polite and great attitude while catering to needs, he always was there to check on us and suggestions on future visits. There will be more visits to the Fat Shack! Great food and affordable! We will be trying everything he recommended, especially from the secret menu. Thank you Deebo, and big thanks to your awesome crew and congratulations on your new up and coming locations.
