Ordered a couple drinks should have been around $40 got charged $85 they added on extras not asked for like $8 for some whipped cream

You gotta go to the second floor, follow the sign that says fitness center and take the escalator up. There's also Mc D next door. The brand is my favorite place to get cocktails and jello shots. If you buy a souvenir cup you get discount refills. One of the best bangs for your buck in Vegas

I ALWAYS map out the Fat Tuesdays when I’m in Vegas and loved this one was right in my hotel. The staff were amazing and very engaging. Of course the drinks were great and reasonable prices.

I came to Vegas for my bday, checked in at the hotel and went upstairs to grab a drink from Fat Tuesday just to find the guy was closing 2 hours early. It’s supposed to be open until 1am, but he closed at 11:30pm very disappointed and displeased with this matter

When they’re open it’s great! Stayed 3 nights and they were closed before 9pm one night and were on “breaks” several times we tried to get refills, 2 people opened after the “break” why can’t one run the store?? So much money is being lost by not being consistent, we bought the refillable cup expecting you to be open when it says you will be.

Showed up 8:30 on a Friday night, door closed with a note saying they were taking a short break. Waited 25 mins for nothing! lol wasted my time!

Been 3 times now, and always someone there, so unsure why so many bad reviews...guy who serves us is polite and friendly takes a note of order and refills quickly..

Whoever is in charge of the online / website hours SHOULD either CORRECT THEM, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES, OR CLOSE DOWN THE STRATOSPHERE LOCATION!!!! IT doesn’t even matter what time of day you come to this location, it’s ALWAYS closed even when it says it’s not. Waste of time.

The timings are incorrect!! It closes at midnight, had to go to different Fat Tuesday down the strip. But I bet the flavors are still great so I’m gonna give it a two star instead of 1.

So this place USED to be my go to but now you can't even sample the drinks to see what you want. Ridiculous. I WILL NEVER go there again. For me customer service is everything. He was very unapologetic about it also. Hard nope!
